My child has a severe peanut allergy. When asking the employees to clean or remove ice cream nozzle due to high risk cross contamination..they said it doesn’t come off. They say they don’t know any ingredients in chocolate syrup and McFlurry ingredients. So, of course we couldn’t take a chance on him getting a vanilla shake as it could’ve landed him in the ER. Very poor customer service. Other McDonalds and fast food places have gone above and beyond in making sure everything is super clean so we don’t have to worry.

I want to bring attention to a serious issue I experienced at this McDonald’s location. I attempted to contact McDonald’s support regarding a disturbing incident where I was served chicken containing what appeared to be a tumor. Despite reaching out, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from the restaurant or corporate support.
This lack of accountability is deeply concerning and reflects poor food safety and management practices. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dining here. Proper food handling should be a priority, and serving potentially hazardous food is unacceptable.
I hope this message encourages the restaurant to take immediate action to address food safety concerns and improve communication with customers.

Big Mac hamburger buns were so stale they crumbled when you bit into them. Took back to counter and showed one of the employees. He called manager over. They offered to cook me a fresh one. They must have forgotten as my husband completed his meal and I demolished the fries. We waited a very long time. Finally, I said “let’s go”. No more waiting. I told employee we were leaving. He was shocked I had not received the “remake” as he called it. He did not even try to find out why. Tables were dirty. Booth seats were dirty. The entire experience was a bad one. After spending $20 for dinner and driving over 8 hours on our trip…I was really disappointed. Fix for the next customer please.

Somehow the food here is always hot and good for a McDonalds, but the dining room is always a mess even when the place is empty with tables that need wiped and food in the floor. Trash is always overflowing, and flies are abundant. The service is meh, especially after they hand you the bag, no one ever comes back to the counter. Forget about ordering at the register.

I don’t know if they were having a bad day today, but I really couldn’t get out of this McDonald’s fast enough. I stopped here because I needed a place with Wi-Fi to hunker down for a few hours to do homework. I ordered a vanilla cone to start off, and it wasn’t great. The ice cream was more icy than creamy — it tasted cheap and poorly mixed.
Later, I ordered my usual meal deal, which was fine. However, the biggest problems were the seating and the overall cleanliness. The booths are all positioned directly in front of large panels of windows, and at a certain time of day, the dining area is completely flooded with sunlight. There are no shades or blinds to block the glare, which made it very uncomfortable to sit anywhere for long.
Cleanliness was another major issue, both in the dining area and in the restroom. Most of the tables were dirty, with spilled food and trash on the floor underneath several of them. It didn’t seem like anyone was cleaning throughout the day. The bathroom wasn’t much better — not the worst I’ve seen, but still unpleasant. There were no toilet seat covers available at all, so I had to clean the seat myself with soap before using it. The toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned that day either, and the floor was sticky, which was disgusting.
Overall, the lack of upkeep and attention to cleanliness made this McDonald’s an uncomfortable place to stay. Even though the food itself was acceptable, the environment left a very negative impression.

I stopped here while traveling. It looked like it had been recently renovated or was a new building. Everything looked modern and new. The entire restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms looked especially nice. The dining area is open with lots of seating. There are areas to sit in a large group or in regular booths. There were nice fresh flowers on the tables and staff regularly clicking the area and cleaning as needed. The person who took my order was very nice and my food arrived quickly. It was all freshly made. My daughter had a happy meal and I had a coffee drink. We both have the restaurant two thumbs up.

DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS A BIOHAZARD. We stopped here Nov 2nd at 2pm. We did not eat here for a real reason. We stopped to go to the bathroom and when my husband and my son were inside a employee walked into the men’s room, ran his hands under some water and then left. When my son was using the restroom and it was his turn to wash his hands. They realized dispenser was empty. There was no soap in the men’s bathroom and this employee came in, used the bathroom then just ran his fingers under the water.
This is a health hazard. Remember this is how Hep A is spread. Do better.

Waited in drive thru for almost 20 minutes which they were busy so it was no problem, was asked to pull forward. Waited another 5+ minutes and he didn’t hand my drinks out so I asked for them and after a couple questions he got them for me. When I got home after a long day at work ready for the family to eat, I realized the large fry was less than half full and rubbery, my fiancés mccrispy had no mayo, when we asked for extra mayo. No mayo at the house so he wasn’t interested. I go to report a problem because of my experience and each time I press recent orders in my profile it refuses to pull up any old order and starts me up a new order and asks for take out or dine in. Reset my app and phone, used my fiancés app. Same thing. The fact that I couldn’t even report a problem without going back up there is the cherry on top of a long night as well.

Don’t order coffee here!!! I’m here for two weeks and so far, every single time I order coffee the way I like it, it’s very cold. I order with a lot of cream but that’s no reason for receiving it cold. That means that what I’m purchasing has been sitting there and is not fresh. Every other McDonald’s gets it right, why can’t this place??? 1 start…. zero of I could.
