I ordered a Hot Honey meal and the image below is what I got. No jalapeños, no lettuce, and a hot honey sauce packet. My daughters nuggets were hard and cold I had to ask for napkins and ketchup, which I received 3 packets. What is going on with McDonald’s these days?

I ordered the Big Arch via the app along with other items. However, the patties were very undercooked and unfortunately did not notice until after eating a good portion of it. We were also missing a chicken wrap from our order as well. Feedback has already been submitted to corporate.

we ordered food thru thru the app 30 minutes before breakfast was done and then was told that they are not serving breakfast anymore and asked for a lunch substitute. if we ordered thru the app why do we need to substitute what we ordered. not our fault made but then they didnt even get the lunch order correct and had to return for a missing item!!!! then after I left. I paid $20 for items that costed less than $12 due to thier inadequacy. this is bullshit!!!!!

Very good experience at this McDonald’s today. Food and drive thru service good. Employee saw my dog and offered a pup cup, when she realized I had 3 dogs in car she said she’d get 3 pup cups. Little things like this make all the difference. We left happy. Plain double cheeseburger, 4 McNuggets, McCrispy, small fries, Coke, all good.

I’m growing more and more disappointed with this location. Idk who’s making the iced coffees or frappes, but the past week they’ve been terrible and I get one everyday. No utensils being put with mobile orders, and all around the food has just been thrown together lazily. Also two days ago I got a 10 piece and the nuggets tasted like MOTOR OIL. I KNOW I’m not the only one who thought so. I tried to call the store and no answer, and was given the number in Clinton.

This is one of the worst fast food services I’ve had. Went through the drive through had three large fries which none were filled near a large so I went inside where I stood for 20 minutes before getting to the counter once I was at the counter took 5 minutes just to fill three large fries. Reminded me why I don’t go to a his McDonald’s

We waited 2 minutes for fries to be made, we ordered a spicy snack wrap, cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoe and mayonnaise, a Mchicken, and a cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoe pickles mustard and ketchup, and the whole order came to about a wait of 10 minutes, in return we got a spicy snack wrap that was WAY overkill, tasted like pure hotsauce, and the cheeseburgers were way messed up, one had onions lettuce tomatoe pepper pickles and mayo all onto of the bun not even inside, then the mc chicken was some what decent, the other cheeseburger had no mustard or ketchup, they forgot that, and was terrible overall too, and if that wasn’t enough, the fries we waited for, yeah we never got them nor the saucs we wanted. Onto of that, a car waiting for their food and left because they did not get their order right, nor did they get it in a reasonable amount of time. Mcdonalds is the definition of fast food, but this was no joke about how TERRIBLE this service, food, and accuracy was. If I could rate this on a scale 1-10 I would rate it a -5, this had to be the most horrible experience i have ever had with a fast food restaurant, or maybe just place overall. I was not satisfied at all and will definitely not be coming back

Go somewhere else. This place has turned into a joke of a restaurant. I am a local and have went to this restaurant for years. They cannot get a simple order correct, nasty food. I have went back multiple times thinking it will improve but no. You’re better off keeping your money and going somewhere else. Beware. Management or the workers could care less…Needs new management or just shut it down.

Went here yesterday morning and ordered a sausage mcgriddle, when I got to the pick up window, I specifically asked, ” is this a sausage mcgriddle?” when she handed me the bag and she said, yes. Once I got to my destination to eat, I opened the bag to a sausage biscuit! NOT a mcgriddle! Ugg, disappointing and I overpaid since I didn’t get the McGriddle but the biscuit instead. Do better.
