I came in for breakfast on the way out of Gatlinburg. I guess others had the same idea as the restaurant and the surrounding stores were packed. This is a smaller McDonald’s and there were over 50 people inside. I ordered 2 sausage burritos, 1 hash brown, and a sugar free iced vanilla coffee. I did order table side but the order was at the counter. Everything was good and accurate. They did a great job for a busy morning rush. In the future, it is easier to drive a little further outside Gatlinburg for a different McDonalds.

The wet floor signs are out but little evidence that they actually clean this restaurant. Floors and windows are filthy. Also a lot of trash in the parking lot. Hopefully the kitchen is cleaner than where the customers occupy. But also is no soda fountain available to patrons in the dining room. Makes getting refills harder.

They were unable to understand my order in the drive thru. My kid wants a happy meal with a hamburger with an extra patty. Two different people could not figure out how to do this. We do it all the time. There’s a button on the kiosk.
We ordered inside which was also a disaster. A cash register froze. We ordered from the kiosk which is not their priority.

I have not had a better experience with a McDonald’s. If I’m leaving a good review know that something stood out to me. Order was correct workers were beyond nice. True hospitality and perfect example of great Customer service !! Thank you guys for redeeming my previous experiences with McDonald chains cause when I tell you I HATE going to McDonald’s it seems to be always something. Thank yall!

I’ve always loved McDonald’s on occasion, but normally most McDonald’s are horrible to deal with. Well this isn’t the case for this location. The drive thru was fast. Everyone was nice. I had to sit in spot 1 to get my food. The gentlemen that brought the food out was really nice, and most importantly, all my food was correct. I just wish the McDonald’s in my home town was this great.

This McDonald’s in Pigeon Forge really surprised us in the best way! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Even with how busy Pigeon Forge can get, our order came out fresh, hot, and exactly right.
The drive-thru moved quickly, and the dining area was well-kept, which made it an easy and convenient stop during our trip. You can tell the team here works hard to keep things running smoothly, even during high-traffic times.

My food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting on a counter for hours. My soggy fries went oh-so-great with a stale/hard chicken nugget. Absolutely horrible and I question if they’re holding food at safe temps, I’ll let the health inspector find out.
Appeared to be a slow night but they forgot my sauce and drink. Very disappointing as I was 1 of 2 cars in line and used the app.
I had to ask the employee to give me my drink after they passed my food and shut the drive thru window on me. Then I had to turn around and go back to McDonalds because they forgot the sauce for the order. Very frustrating experience.

My order was wrong Ordered me a coffee on the mobile app for my husband to pick up for me on his way home. I ordered a large iced Carmel coffee with 7 sugars and 3 creams with light ice. He goes inside to get it and the the doors are locked at 5pm so he goes to go thru the drive thru tells the guy I had a order to pick up inside but your front doors are locked the worker at the windows tells him if you were supposed to pick it up inside then you have to pick it up inside I cant see there screen my husbands says again I cant get inside your alls front doors are locked the worker said oh okay well one minute and takes the name and tells him to pull up to the window ny husbands gets the coffee and comes home I take a sip of it and there is no sugar in it and tasted like there was zero Carmel in it the coffee was so bitter so I tried to call up there for an hour and no one will answer the phone for me to talk to a manager. The only part that was actually right about my order was the light ice and the fact that I cant speak with anyone about there mistakes is why I am upset.

After waiting a bit too long in the drive thru, we finally got our order and the fish filet was halfway off the bun, and the quarter pounder was missing its bottom bun entirely. And they forgot to include ketchup for the fries.
