Every time me and my partner have came here the food is so fresh, the place is clean and the staff is also so nice. I mainly wanted to say that Shayla, is a wonderful worker and super sweet. Definitely one of those people that make a place worth visiting. Will definitely be coming to this McDonalds instead of other locations. Wonderful work.

there’s always something wrong when i go through this mcdonald’s. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal asked for no pickles, no mustard, and extra onions and as you can see there is pickles and like 5 little small onions. do better.

I stop at this McDonald’s for one reason: Liquid sanity in a plastic cup… I hit the drive thru and grab myself an ice coffee. Quick window service, convenient, and exactly what I needed to kick off the morning. What’s the Best part about it? Any size coffee is only $1 in the app. In this economy, that’s a rarity. Location also has ample truck and trailer parking.

The McDonalds in Dandridge Tn. is usually quick and efficient during the breakfast and lunch hours. Supper and late evening, be prepared for a 10-to-15-minute wait at the drive thru. The food is always the same, not much change to speak of unfortunately. The McDonald’s APP is a good way to save some cash, build points and redeem them for free food. This is helpful with rising prices and the micro sizing of everything offered. It would also be helpful if more than one discount could be used in the same visit, free food can’t be claimed along with an APP deal.

Nothing like ordering a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal and getting everything except the nuggets. Somehow the dipping sauce made it in, but the actual nuggets didn’t. Pretty disappointing.

Waited in line behind one car. Watched two cars on the left go through. The one in front of me didn’t move -so jumped in the next drive thru line the lady said immediately “one moment please.”
10 minutes later “can I take your order?”
“Yeah – McGriddle….”
“We aren’t serving breakfast right now”
Not a very good policy to lie and waste people time. I get it didn’t want to serve breakfast but why not just say? Why waste 10 minutes of my time with a baby in the car on Christmas Eve traveling 2hrs away.
I called and the lady said “Well our system was having problems” then why didn’t you come tell us? She also said “Well what breakfast food would you like” Did that mean they had it after all? I was very nice just trying to understand the problem. and she then hung up.
Experience 0. Sat in silence – then got lied to. Don’t think people should trust this place.

I tend to stop by here on my way home after work, around 11pm about 2-3 times a week. I often order an apple pie with my order, but most often it has to be refunded because they do not have any. I love their apple pie and it is one of the main things I look forward to. Tonight I finally asked if they just stop making them after 10 and after some shrugs finally got a yes they do. There are no limited times for being able to order apple pies, and I know that generally McDonald’s is supposed to have all menu items available during open hours. I’m seriously considering just stopping going to this McDonald’s altogether.

Stopped here on our road trip. Got cheeseburgers and a kids meal. Kids meal fries were hard as a rock but the large fry I ordered was soft. Service was a bit slow but I’m not joking when I say that Santa and Mrs Claus walked in and I witnessed him eating a quarter pounder.

Stopped here on our road trip home. Was blown away by the freshness of the food, how clean establishment and staff were so friendly. They have a wonderful group of young men and women work there.
