very friendly service, outside and inside what you will find in a typical American McDonald’s. compared to european mcdonalds, there are few people working here, they have a lot of work, so the time to prepare a meal is a bit longer. however, the hamburger meat is better than in Europe.

Food was fine. We used the kiosk to order breakfast, and since we ordered table service, found a table. 10 minutes later we hadn’t received our food I went to the counter and noticed a bag containing our food. The server muttered “We don’t have tray liners, so we are doing table service”. She could have delivered the food to the table as the receipt had our tent number. When I got back to the table, I discovered they had failed to provide syrup or butter for the pancakes. The server was defensive when I returned for the missing condiments. The food was fine but only luke warm.

THE worst McDonald’s I’ve ever Dealt with. Drive thru closes at 1am according to Google. Sat in the drive thru for 15min waiting for someone to take my order. Nothing. Drive on around the window and see two workers smoking and chatting away. Asked them what was up and they said rudely, ” oh yeah we’re closed”. And just went back to talking. Clearly they don’t follow store hours. Won’t be going back.

Waited and waited for the food only to find out an employee cleared the order before it was fully prepared. No one questioned why food was sitting in the warmer waiting for an order until we went up to the counter to inquire about the order. Once realized, the rest of the order was assembled and served.

It’s 11:15 at night and the crew members still after hours of dealing with A holes still have a great attitude! Food is fresh and efficiency is the priority. I live closer to not ONE but TWO McDonald’s and yet I’ll make the extra drive every time. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Went there for breakfast and got biscuits and they were all burnt. Also got hash browns and they were so greasy they stuck to the paper they come in. I tried to call to let them know but no one answered the phone.

Hey guys, this is McDonald’s in Alcoa and sometimes they’re really busy but I’m always gotten fresh food there and the service is great. The managers very polite and they help out with any issues that you may have so definitely suggest going there
