I was the only one at the drive in window and I got to watch five other people get their food before me. I waited over twenty minutes for my order. When I asked the girl why it’s taking so long she just kept walking. All I can say is you lost my business and I advise others to go to Hardee’s or Burger King. Obviously no one gives a crap here!!!!

They close at random hours and turn their lights off hours early to avoid working. No one there cares about doing anything right at all. They mess up orders and want to fight about it instead of just making it right. There’s no point in contacting their franchise owners “The Faris Family” either, they’re okay with the way this place is ran and don’t care to train or keep their employees accountable. The best option really is to just save your money or hit the next McDonalds down the road.

I’ve held off on posting any kind of review about this location due to hoping the service would improve and to not react through pure emotion. After several bad drive through experiences, it appears that there exists some systemic low morale which has infiltrated the staff.

On multiple occasions:
1. Orders incorrect
2. Sitting at drive through for excessive time
3. Condescending attitude from window staff when requesting any additional information about the order
4. Cold food
5. The morning staff at this location must be overworked, they consistently exhibit the behavior of someone “fed up” and I have heard several comments from staff complaining about not enough staff. One older male on the morning shift consistently behave like it is a chore to even be on-site.

I get it, we all “hate” our jobs to a varying degree most days, but after patronizing this location several times to provide an opportunity for a better experience, I will not use this location again. I hope the Faris operation can improve this location so that the damage control is enough to save it. I’ve heard very similar comments from others and they are ready to stop dining here as well.

Was there this morning and my order was wrong. I drove back up to the window and the worker seemed so clueless. I handed him my biscuit which was supposed to have cheese and explained as such. He said he couldn’t take it. Then he comes back and says “normally we don’t take food back but he said to take it” Okay? So I handed it to him. He then goes back around the corner and tells me they are making me a new one and throws the incorrect order in the trash, right in front of me! What the hell?! And then the biscuit I got tasted old and was hard. The cheese was just thrown on. Which in that case, you could’ve just done with my original, untouched biscuit. So wasteful! And hoenstly the whole process was unprofessional.

Truly if I could give 0 stars, I would. Pay attention people.
I have been becoming to this McDonald’s for YEARS. I live only down the road. I’ve opted to using the app after work as it is easier and takes off stress. Well. Right before 7pm, I placed my order. Drove the 2 minutes to McDonald’s. And waited. And waited. I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes and when I checked my app, it said my order was complete. So I went inside. Where I was met by a disheveled blonde manager who said “ok” and walked away. She said nothing to her cooks. But one overheard and quickly searched for the order to start making the food. I waited another 10 minutes. I had to remind them of the drinks, the sauces, etc. came home and half the order was wrong. As my father bit into the sandwich, it was completely raw. I will be contacting health department. I am appalled. I called and let McDonalds know. Was offered a new burger if I wanted to come back. Nothing for anything else they had screwed up. Not once during this did anyone apologize either.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders meals with 2 half n half sweet teas the girl handed out the wrong meal, I tooked it in and told them they gave me the wrong meals, they tooked the bag from me and gave me the actual meals I ordered,I then went back to my car and then my wife and I proceeded to eat only to realize that the fries were unsalted and the teas was both unsweet it seems like Noone is running this McDonald’s THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT

Can do better. Much better. 5;15 pm & food was tasted old & dry. One lady had crazy big hair that should have been in a net. Jumping around and sleep talking .had to ask 4 times to repeat to understand when order was repeated bk to me. Come on guy’s you can do much better please
