The food quality is usually pretty good here except they rarely fill the fries fully in the box. The tea that is beside the drink machines is almost always empty and they never put any out no matter how many times you go to the counter asking for a refill. They keep condiments hidden behind the counter. You must ask for them and hope they give you enough. Also in the winter the dining area is always cold so bring your jacket.

I get consistent food quality at this restaurant. The drive thru usually moves quickly & the staff is friendly. They will automatically upgrade your drink choice to a large if you don’t specify your size choice ( and sometimes even if you do, they change it, so be aware)

Food is nasty. Chicken has hard chewy pieces in it and the rest is cold and pink McChicken and chicken nuggets are not cooked well. Fries are cold and stale. Burgers are not cooked all the way or warm. Employee’s are not well maintained and look like they haven’t showered in a year or to. They are to nasty to be serving food to others. Customer service sucks

Takes forever with in side service, taking care of the drive-through DoorDash and mobile deliveries is most important. Could have friendlier staff, order wasn’t right the first time so they offered to replace whatever was not satisfactory. Upon receiving our food the second time our fries were old, stale and overcooked. When we told the manager on duty she argued that the fries were fresh when placed into the bag, she was obviously upset over the entire ordeal. Our third order of fries seemed to point to the grease being in need of changing, instead of overcooking or being old. Other than the food not being of the best standards the store itself was very clean and orderly, however we were the only customers dining in during our entire visit.

I went to go get foods with friends, not knowing it was closed. Door was propped open with a wet floor sign. We walked in, not locked at all. Employee yelled for a guy multiple times, didn’t tell us himself they were closed. Manager named Austin Snaps his fingers to leave when we had just walked in. Very unprofessional and unnecessary approach to people just trying to get a bite to eat! Yelling at us. Try a different approach next time and remember lock the door if you are closed.

Gone down hill quick in the past year. this place has been over ran by spoiled teenagers. they can’t keep people for this very reason, I see different faces every other month. it seems like they gossip more about who’s dating who and who did this rather then doing their j.o.b. Whether it’s McDonald’s or not. Don’t work there if you don’t like it. Complained about an order and got talked to like I was an inconvenience for not just walking away with the wrong food. not sure why we’re giving what seems to be highschool teens management and the adult ones don’t seem like they care too much about what the kids do. Woman with the big gut and bangs let 4 of them Ignore me in the lobby and seemed like it was a punchline to a joke for an apology. lost a regular, congratulations

Came through drive through and got 2 spicy mcchickens, 2 Dr peppers, and 2 cheeseburgers. Got to the window and the Dr Peppers were very light in color. Asked the girl at the window to change them, she did. Still tasted like straight soda water after we got new ones. The spicy chickens had brown lettuce

Thankfully corporate McDonalds brought back the steak bagles. However, this was the first time we have eaten inside this store in years due to a very bad experience I had had with a smart mouthed employee. Service was ok. Yeah, the play area was gone. I got my meal correctly. However, the decor was dismal, dark and depressing. I felt I was in a 60’s basement. 3 different mismatched/unappealing wallpapers (husbad said one of them looked like pancakes). Chances are, I’ll just use the drive thru or get it at another store, but I won’t bother eating inside again.
