If you order on the app and pick up at the drive through check your order. Ordered 3 items only received 2 and not driving back. The 2 items I did receive were poorly wrapped and somewhat smashed.

I don’t want to complain. I’m just sad. This was my “extra onion” on my McDouble. :(. This isn’t the first time they haven’t added any onions. Tonight I got a sneeze of onion at least. (About 4 pieces)

There are very nice employees at this store but it’s evident there is a lack of talent or training here.
I ordered a hot honey wrap today and it was made with tartar sauce. How does that even happen? I used to work at McDonald’s and the tartar isn’t even stored similarly to ranch. The tartar sauce is in a gun. How do you make a mistake like that? I was put in a waiting spot for fresh fries. My fries are not fresh. That’s not a problem, but why did I have to wait on supposed fresh fries? I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a McDouble with only ketchup.
Every time I go to this store my order is wrong. It’s like a mystery bag each time I come here. I think management should work a little harder on overseeing their accuracy.

Should have went to Hardee’s.
Made what I thought would be a quick run to McDs this morning. Normally hit the drive thru but my window decided not to operate and roll down. So I park to go inside to counter. No one was at counter which made me feel like this was going to be a quick in and out.
Boy was I wrong. I literally stood at the counter for 15 minutes while workers walked by ignoring my presence. Had one person ask if I had been waited on. Never saw him again.
As I stood there looking at 7 workers in different work areas just glance at me but not a bit of help offered.
What has happened to people at McDs? I was going to ask for manager but no one ever came to the counter.
This was this morning between 1015 and 1035.
I gave up and held my peace and left for Hardee’s.

Ordered a quarter pounder and took a bite and the meat was completely raw!!!! I’m shocked at how under cooked the meat was. This is horrible and dangerous! This place keeps getting worse and worse. I’m used to it being slightly pink but this is absolutely unacceptable!

Consistently Terrible. This is the worst McDonald’s in the tri-city area. Every single time your order will be a 20-25 minute wait wether you go through the drive through or order inside. Every single time you eventually recieve your order there will be one or multiple items either missing or wrong. The staff are extremely unfriendly and will treat you like garbage when you ask them to fix the order that YOU PAID FOR. Even the drink machine inside has been broken for over a month not to mention how disgusting it looks. McDonald’s either needs to shut down this location or fire every worker and re-hire the whole team from elsewhere. I could not recommend you stay away and drive down the road to the next location enough.

Came through drive thru at 8:55pm sat there for five minutes drive thru is completely dead and said hello no response .Came around to the dinning room everyone is staying around including the manager , talking while having a puppy behind the counter . No apology or nothing food was old and cold. Need better management and employees . The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!!

Went through drive through. From the time I place my order to the time that I got to the window was 12 minutes! Ordered Big Mac Meal. Sandwich was luke warm, bun was stale and the fries were cold. I had no straw for drink snd no napkins! I typically do not have bad service at this McDonald’s but today was HORRIBLE!

What can I say another wonderful dinner at our nasty McDonald’s, although our food wasn’t half bad the service and the restaurant seating was filthy.. no ice in the machine tables or floors hadn’t been clean.. and as always they forgot something so when I went up to ask for it I literally waited for more then 5 mins for them to stop talking and make it right so when I sat down to eat my food was cold.. wheres the manager to direct the employees..very poor management..do better.
