I ordered 2 items that’s it and it took over 20 minutes to get my food this is unacceptable. Only thing they cared about was drive thru I watched cars that ordered after me get their food. I will not come back here this is ridiculous. How hard is it to make a sausage biscuit and a hash brown. Still waiting on my food places order at 8:16am it is 8:36am. They have cleared drive thru and I’m still waiting on my food. Had to go in and get my food. Watch someone else pull up n in 3 minutes get their food. They had cleared it off their screen n forgot about it. I’ve worked plenty of fastfood jobs u never clear it unless you are giving it to them. Y’all need to train ur employees better.

So let me start by saying it was undoubtedly the cleanest establishment that I’ve been to in a while. I loved the play place we travel over an hour for my kids to see their eye care professional. This is a great place for them to let off energy before another 1hr and half trip home. However with that said the place was poorly managing the food and drink orders both inside(where we had ordered) and in the drive through. While I waited roughly 20 min for our food which is not overly excessive it was a little much. Staff was very apologetic about the wait. When we got our food the fries were cold and the triple cheeseburger we ordered was missing a patty and had mustard when we asked for none. We also went back to let them know that we ordered a large hot Carmel Macchiato and we had gotten a medium Carmel frappe. It took another 15 min waiting for just the McCafé. The drive through was very backed up and the biggest problem ,beside our messed up order, was how many wrong orders people were having to come in after ordering in the drive through. While I waited for my order 5 people came in to correct theirs and while my husband waited for his McCafé, 3 others. I was not in a hurry today but many were and this was supposed to be something quick that turned into a longer process than just a drive through order. The play place was clean and very well maintained otherwise. The food and education of staff on what food belongs to whom needs very serious attention.

Absolutely horrible service. Went through the drive thru at about 710pm on 11/10 . Ordered a burger, fries, coke and 3 cookies. Received my food and ate a couple fries. Cold, mushy and limp. Went back around and told the order taker. She said she would tell the manager. Pulled up to the next window and the girl there didn’t know why I was there. Meaning the manager was not told. I was asked to pull up. Waited for more than 10 minutes and my fries never came. I left and immediately called the store. Talked to the manager. She just gave excuses. 1.she was in the back. 2.didnt know why I was waiting. 3. Didn’t know why I would have been given cold fries. 4. Didn’t know why the girl taking orders didn’t notify her.
Here are the issues that I see:
1. Why was cold food given? 90 percent of the time the customer will not or doesn’t have time to turn around and get it corrected!!! 2.Why did I have to wait approximately 4 fry cycles and still didn’t get my fries. Manager also said they were short staffed. What customer takes that as an excuse? Customers don’t know they are short staffed. If your doors are open you should be selling hot, fresh food!!! If you are not able to you should be selling your food at a discount because it is not top quality. Especially at the drive thru!!!!! I was offered a meal replacement but will not return to this location. It’s no big mystery why this location has a 3.5 star rating!!! And yes, I was a fast food manager so I do know what I am talking about!!!! BTW, as long as I was waiting for fries several cars were served at the drive thru with basically quick service, so they could not have been that short staffed as I was told that they were. I love the excuses for poor service!!!! A manager is there to oversee QSAC. QUALITY, SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE AND CLEANLINESS. Clearly this visit lacked 2 out of 4 only because I didn’t go inside!!

On Wednesday november 5th, 2025 at about 7:30p.m. i had ordered two $5 meal deals honey mustard on one bbq on the other with coke and sweet tea, as well as a spicy mcchicken. These people gave me unsweet tea, honey sauce, and a stale regular mcchicken patty. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with my order and my service at this location. If you come here be sure to check the freshness of your order and that your drink is correct.

0 stars. This place is horrible. I didn’t even get what I ordered and i told them no cheese and they still put cheese on it. I am allergic to cheese and I didn’t even get my hash brown. By the time I got to my destination is when I noticed how everything was messed up. To top it all off the drink was flat. The manager had an attitude because there was only 2 people working.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. First of all, there was no bacon. Second of all, it was pink in the middle. Like VERY pink lol. They were extremely rude the entire time and we waited in line for over 15 mins.

So i just placed an order for a hamburger extra pickle ans onion and a hot and spicy with ketchup and mustard ans no mayonnaise as im highly allergic to mayonnaise. I placed it through door dash and my food came fast and doordash was amazing. I unwrapped my hot and spicy and took one bite and and I felt my throat closing and I looked and there was mayonnaise on my sandwich. Which kinda blow my mind seeing as how on my receipt it clearly states no mayonnaise not sure how someone can not read or see that thank god I had my pen with me or else this would have been a different issue and a law suit.
