It’s a cold Wednesday night, I’m hungry and right down the road from a McDonald’s. Decide to put an order in the app at 12:40am and got there around 12:53. I sat at the speaker for about 3 minutes in silence before another 2 cars pulled behind me and then decided to drive around to a window to see what’s up. I pull up, nobody in the 1st window as expected after the lobby is closed. Pull forward to the 2nd window and there’s a girl leaning over her phone. She runs off which weird, but I’m patient and I’m hungry enough to stay. Now after waiting another 5 or so minutes, the time is now 1:01am and another girl (who I assume is a mgr) wants to angrily slowly mouth “we’re closed” like I’m an idiot. I show her my order code and that I already paid. Also pointing out I’ve been here almost 10 minutes before they were “closed”. The signage and website says drive through closes at 2am, not 1am. She finally opens the window because I couldn’t read her lips on something and tells me it shouldn’t have went through online and that they’re closed now. I decide to leave because it’s not that serious even if they were rude and I was hungry. Maybe they’re right about the time, but everything else suggests otherwise and they shouldn’t have hid and ignored guests before closing time. Damn shame because in my experience the food and service is usually solid and better than the Ringgold rd store, but can’t say either this time.

The night shift crew at this lee hwy location is top notch! The food is consistently hot and fresh, the service is always quick and seamless, and every employee here operates like a well oiled machine and always so polite and possess amazing customer service qualities.

Order of (6) normal sandwiches and (2) fries took 24 minutes to get. When they brought to table, a sandwich was missing. Staff didn’t look at counter for anyone wanting to order-forced to order in kiosk and then ignored you. Floor and bathrooms dirty, soap not working. As we were eating our food, my kid found a bug on the fries. WTH. Staff at counter said ‘I don’t know how a bug got on the fries’ and turned around. Overall impression of staff is super super poor. Unsure why anyone would visit this location unless expecting normal service and then seeing all the bad reviews. I’m honestly shocked this location has not been shut down.

The food is what you would expect from a McDonalds. If you go during the right time of day (early morning or lunch rush) your food will be fresh. Otherwise expect to get food thats been sitting for a while. The service is also hit or miss. I’ve had great experiences and ive been told by the staff that I was an inconvenience because I ordered curbside instead of drive-thru and I should be a better customer. So take it for what it is. Its McDonalds. You may get the people who really care about making food and customer service and have a great experience, or you may get the people who are just there for a check and get leftover food flung at you by someone who would rather be anywhere else.

Waited in line for almost 30 mins then they said I couldn’t get breakfast bcus it was after 1030 meanwhile it was because we had to wait in line for 30 mins then they forgot our frappe until we had to ask again for it then they forgot the straw. You got homeless yelling at customers management not doing his job. Not a safe environment nasty dirty trash bin full. They wouldn’t even mix the chocolate milkshake up. Tea is completely empty tag says it’s been out since they opened up. It’s 3:32 pm so not go here.

Lady walked up to the window while I was sitting waiting for a doordash order and she banged on it and said we’re closed..when I tried to tell her I had a door dash order to pick up..which I could see from the window..she walked away and didn’t come back..I checked their website and it says the drive thru is open until 2 am.. it is currently 12:28 as I’m writing this..It now has affected my door dashing ranking..so thanks for that

Last time I visit this McDonald’s until they restaff, maybe ever. This was pathetic service. The girl just whined about how she just wanted to go home, but that’s all she had to say. We placed an order online, left to get it, checked in to pick up, it said our order should be out in 2-5minutes. Then it near immediately switched to “thank you enjoy” as if we had our food. It was clear the employees had just bumped our order off with every intention of taking our money and never actually giving us the food. We waited another 10 minutes after the supposed 5 and then we went to the door to ask. It was of course locked, so we go to the drive through line. Wait for another 15 minutes as they ignore the speaker. We aren’t even to the speaker yet. So I pull around to the uninhabited window, and wait another 15 minutes to her about how the window girl wanting to leave. We asked her to remake our fires, and melted milk shake. She says she can’t remake the shake cause the machine is closed and then brings us undercooked fries. We started to leave when I realized I’d be an idiot to trust that our order is complete with this crew. Sure enough, it was missing a burger so I circle around. They’re still ignoring the speaker so the window is clear. I pull back up and wait another 10minutes while every employee in there ignores me through the window. I watch an employee make himself a milkshake with the “closed machine” and cut my vehicle off to make it clear that I won’t be robbed. Finally the manager comes to the window (I’m shocked to find there is a manager there at all) and I said they forgot our burger. She picks it up from the counter and hands it to me. So our food is right at an hour old and was just sitting around because no one there wanted to do their job. If management isn’t concerned with this behaviour or the damage it does to their reputation, I can only imagine what else is disgustingly lacking. Cold food, crap service and an hour of hassle. I should have just cooked.

I ordered on the app and they wouldn’t give us our food when we went inside. We were told quite rudely to get in the drive thru line. Therefore I got in the line and reached the window after 25 minutes we finally. Then we waited 10 more minutes for the food. I asked the girl why we couldn’t get our food by going inside. She replied,”I’ve only been here 10 minutes!!” Then she slammed the window closed.
I’ll never go back to this location! Actually I don’t think I’ll ever go back to McDonald’s!! If you guys want to earn my money you need to train your employees on customer service!!
