I can say for sure that this is the best McDonald’s in the United States. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and friendly. Just wanted to call out I’ve almost hit someone coming out of the door as I’m going to the drive thru twice now. You need a better indicator for “this is the exit so expect people to come flying out and across the parking lot.” Even going slow will hurt someone if it’s them vs a car.

So to start, I don’t even know if this McDonald’s actually serves fresh food because I’ve never had it.
Usually don’t go to McDonald’s because I haven’t had any good experiences in a long time. This visit continues that streak.
Ordered my food, got to the pay window, the girl was nice, I ordered the new mccrispy strips.
The girl at the window said “I gotta say you’re gonna love the new strips, they are sooo good.” So I was like ok sweet thanks. I get home, open the box, and these things had to have been sitting under a heat lamp for half the day. Luke warm, dry as cardboard and the chicken is like brownish from drying out. If it wasn’t flash flooding outside I’d take em back. $20 out the window again, thanks McDonald’s!

The snack wraps I got from this place. I don’t know if they knew how to actually wrap the wrap. They also put way more than could be fit inside said wrap, making an almighty mess in my car. Most of the snack wraps I have gotten in the past from other McDonald’s has been short sweet while this one seemed to be a way overloaded burrito. Maybe some might like that. I used to work for McDonald’s and that is not how you’re supposed to make it.

Apparently the term “ONLY MUSTARD AND KETCHUP” is like speaking a foreign language. Both burgers were made the same way. Both had one simple requirement. No onion no pickles. Ridiculous

Asked for a big breakfast with no hotcakes. Got no eggs with it and instead hotcakes. Also instead of a side of gravy got a full biscuit and gravy. I don’t order a biscuit and gravy because it’s soggy when I get home. Lady at the second window argued with me about it saying it’s the same thing. Rude.
Also didn’t get picante sauce and only got one piece of bacon. Hash brown was also hard as a rock. Only thing I actually ate was the biscuit and burrito, luckily I had some Taco Bell fire sauce.

Susan was rude from the get go in the drive thru the proceeded to interrupt me to ask the same question I had just answered making taking the order take twice as long then had to wait ten minutes to get my food and my Big Mac was missing the meat and also calling me love and sweetheart ( that is not appropriate unless your my wife ) I would say it could t get worse but I don’t want them to take that as a challenge

Me and my girlfriend were working late and wanted a late night snack. We got there right before 1am on 9/13 and were greeted with nothing but amazing hospitality. Devine at the window and the rest of the crew were so sweet and had the best attitude even though we seemed to catch them right before close. Shout out everyone working when we came through will definitely be back(not right before close) because if them!

The adults in my family insist on McDonald’s and often get McNuggets Happy Meals for my grandsons. I have never been satisfied with McDonald’s food other than their fries and that’s only if you get lucky enough to get them fresh. Thank goodness I’ve found a Wendy’s in the new area I moved to that has good fresh food.

My other grandson graduated 5th grade today and he chose McDonald’s for lunch. Fast service and even a playground area for my other two grandchildren. I recommend this location.
