Let me preface this by saying I have never given a 1 star review, but I feel like so many others, I have to. With that said .. my reviews on Google, my photos have been reviewed almost 14,000,000 times. Look it up.
We came in, wanted to chicken wraps and one needed special order (daughter can’t eat lettuce). Sign on the register said we had to order on kiosk. I used my app instead, and prayed they got the special order correct. Ordered 1 drink and 1 fry.
The area around the drinks was filthy .. and I mean very dirty. The entire dining room was dirty … tables, floor, etc. Food was handed to us, and we left. Got to our hotel, 1 wrap was wide open … both wraps were warm at best (hotel 2 minutes away) fries were warm. That was the only plus.
I should have read all the 1 star reviews before we went in. I have a friend in Indpls who owns 5 McDonald’s, and none are this dirty and rude. Sorry … but this is all true, and I had to share. My daughter actually threw her wrap away.

I don’t ever plan on going back to this McDonald’s. Every single person who works here is unprofessional! I placed an order only to pick it up and be told that my order isn’t there. I show my receipt and the girl just got super angry and walked away. I wasn’t mad untill the worker gave me unnecessary attitude. I paid for my food and that’s what I wanted. but the employee felt the need to walk away when I was trying to show her my receipt that I never got my food for. It was embarrassing for me to act like that but literally not one employee helped me. This is why McDonald’s has a bad reputation!! I always thought people who work fast food should get paid more but after this experience (I’ve served 15 years and did drive through at Arby’s for 3 years) I will NEVER go back to McDonald’s for that reason. The girl never should have talked to me that way she did. And other employees should have stood up for me.

I waited ten minutes before someone even made eye contact with me and telling me they would be with me in a moment. Then I waited another ten minutes with staff walking by me and not taking my order (it was not even a busy time). When the time came to take my order staff was unpleasant and acted as if I was an inconvenience.

I would like to first say, that I had just waited an hour at a different McDonald’s just to be told that they weren’t making my food that I had already paid for. Needless to say I came here not in a great mood, but soon as I heard the very friends voice over the intercom, I knew my empty stomach was in good hands.
Food was fresh and the wait was short… and more importantly, the service was phenomenal. The gentleman at the first window was extremely friendly as well as the very nice lady at the 2nd window. I didn’t catch their names, but I came in around 4:40 am on Saturday the 21st of February. Please let these two workers know that they did an excellent job and give them a raise !

If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered through DoorDash and it was 40+ dollars for the bill and then I get told they CANCELLED THE ORDER. I was supposed to receive the order by 4:28 am. But they canceled it. Due to not having any burgers or nuggets and fries. That’s some bullshit. I will NEVER order here again. I better get my money back for not receiving my order. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a WHILE. The food was quick and relatively fresh, the quarter pounder was actually cooked to order, they followed thru with the extra salt request, and the employee we interacted with repeatedly was very helpful, very attentive, and overall one of the best I’ve seen. Will definitely be driving the extra miles to visit this location more.

Not upset about the time it took to receive the food but the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to customers and her co-workers. Every issue including my own she’d roll her eyes as if her job is so hard if she had gotten it right the first time. But be careful if you told them they did it wrong they will take it and give you much less of anything else that was on the sandwich and I don’t each much anymore so it’s sad I have to leave a bad review

Ordered a Big Mac meal,no lettuce,1 single big Mac, no lettuce extra sauce,and a 20 piece nugget..get to work 11pm- 7am..I have 2 big macs no sauce and 2 fish fillets..I called Express that to the lady tonight at 11:15pm..I have the receipt..What about she told me to keep all the food if I want it replaced ..IM HUNGRY NOW!!! PAYED 26$ FOR THIS,and the nuggets were for my patient..I WANT GO THERE AGAIN….

The food was not bad at all. It was actually really good. But the service was unreal. We sat in the drive-thru without moving for over 10 minutes. I had already placed my order online, but I watched multiple cars drive away. I sent my son inside to get our items. The associates inside were refusing to answer the drive-thru and it took a long time before my son returned with our order. I try to give people benefit of the doubt, so maybe corporate needs to add a few more associates to the store and increase their pay.
