My sons and I swung by here before going to a wrestling tournament at Tullahoma High School across the street.
The guy that was running the drive through gave top-notch customer service! He was polite and efficient. He even helped me build a custom plate for my carnivore-dieting teen!

Me and my gf took her son here over the weekend to eat and play in the play place. I personally only ate a couple chicken nuggets and some fries because I’m not a huge McDonald’s fan. However, my girlfriend’s son ate all of his food and asked for more, which is rare for him to do, so I’m basing the quality of food off him enjoying it more than usual, and he asks for McDonald’s quite often. The restaurant was clean, as was the play area. Their service was a bit slow according to my gf, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience, and I was glad to see her son eat and enjoy himself playing.

If you go to this location, expect to wait in between 10 to 20 minutes they will make you pull forward And they will get the people behind you orders before you even get yours. It has not only happened once but multiple times in this location today went there for dinner to pick it up. I got told to pull forward that it will be out to me in a couple of Minutes. I was the only one in the drive-through at the time when I got told to pull forward they got almost 7 people food that came in after me before I had to ask where my food was this place has no sense of urgency or even care to apologize. I really wish I could give this a zero star for not only making me wait at the window for 15 minutes But also forgot two of my items.

The playground area is so nasty. I would not let my grandbaby play on It. The pictures are just from the ground level can’t imagine what the upper level looks like. Plus it smelled so bad. I took video but doesn’t allow me to post it on here.

I asked for a large fry that’s what I asked for that’s what I paid for not a medium fry and a large box!!!!!!
The managers aren’t know better
If I asked for a manager to resolve this issue and the manager pretends like she put some fries in this box that piss me off even more I paid $4

We came to this store atb10:23am. Ordered breakfast. First thing we noticed were several employees mopping, wiping, and one was literally on hands and knees scrubbing the floor and table legs. Food came out fresh even though it was end of breakfast time. Would def revisit this store! Kudos ya’ll.

The store has a very modern appearance and very clean. I ordered from the kiosk and I had no issues. I very much enjoy my big mac and fries, they were both extremely fresh and hot. I definitely recommend this location over the one in Winchester.
