We went in tonight about 40 minutes before closing time and went into the dinning room because the line was long. We should have taken that as a reason to run. After ordering at the kiosk we waited for our food… and waited… and waited. All while employees talked loudly about one being single and other topics while standing around the computer. One also had a hairnet on but only around the crown of her head, allowing all of her hair over her shoulders. Finally after 30 minutes we received our food. A lady handed it to us not even looking at us and essentially shoving it into our hands and we went back to the car to start a road trip. After making it into the car we opened the bag to nothing less than a horror scene. One mcchicken requested extra mayonnaise. They may have confused the word mayonnaise with masacre because it looked like one. It was everywhere. Extra mayonnaise is one thing- this was an abomination to God and man. And the best part of this trick. No napkins in the bag. I hesitated but hey im 20 and you only live once so I take a bite. I think my soul left my body and not in a good way. The patty was very clearly not cooked correctly and even after smearing mayo off it was all I tasted. Needless to say, not a great way to start a road trip.

I ordered a daily double meal deal w no onions with a large vanilla iced coffee as the drink. I got a McDouble with extra onions, nuggets so hard I couldnt eat them, and there were things floating in my iced coffee. I took pictures and went back to the store and they would only replace the iced coffee. The only thing edible were the fries and I had to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my order so everything was cold and slimy besides the fries. I want my order replaced or refunded. I eat at McDonalds at least twice a week and have never gotten food like this before. There was an old lady sitting in a chair by where they prepare the orders and she was very rude. Even the new iced coffee had no ice but I was done trying to fix it at the store level so I am writing to yall asking for help with this situation.

Wow! Just wow! I ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal with sweet and sour dipping sauce and a coke, and a Big Mac combo on a regular bun specifically saying the one without sesame seeds, and a coke.
The drive thru employee insisted on taking my credit card from me to tap on their machine inside. I don’t like this as it exposes me to the risk of having my card details recorded.
After waiting an extraordinary long time, I get 2 nuggets, no fries, no dipping sauce. How do you even put 2 nuggets only in a 4 nugget box?!? The Big Mac was made on a sesame seed bun, just without the middle bun. Now I can’t eat it. The fries with the Big Mac were cold.
I had asked for a drink carrier and it couldn’t hold a drink steady. They all fell over.
I’ve had bad experiences at McDonalds before but this has to be an all time bad experience.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the country. You wait 40 minutes in the drive thru only for them to get your order wrong. If you go inside, you wait 45 minutes for them to mysteriously lose your order and just leave you sitting there waiting. I wish McDonald’s corporate could take a look at this location and make some big changes, not only for the locals but also for the folks pulling in off the interstate to get something to eat. If you are reading this, choose any other fast food place nearby. I wish I could leave zero stars.

I came in at 10:35 or so. I placed an order and it was accidentally for the wrong location. That’s when this wonderful lady at the counter asked if I needed help and I recognized what had happened and she helped me cancel the order and place a new one here. She is the only good positive person I saw. Anyway they called out an order and I thought it was mine and so I went to get it and started to walk away and noticed it was the wrong order. So I come back up and put it back and start looking for mine. So when I do this other RUDE manager was making comments saying how I can’t be getting both if I didn’t pay for them and such. I wasn’t trying to!! I brought her food back to the counter!!! I don’t need to steal food! I was reading the orders to make sure I got mine this time!! She made a smart comment saying it’s the one with honey mustard sarcastically and she literally threw it on the to go counter. She also forgot my honey mustard she was being so sarcastic about. Awful experience. My fries were re heated. It was obvious. My nuggests were re fried as well. It’s very easy to tell when food is re fried and that’s what I got. My burder was stone cold. I got a $6 meal and a cheeseburger and it was all just trash and I would honestly like a re fund for this experience. I just had to throw it away it was that bad. I won’t be coming back at this same time again.

Waited 45+ minutes in drive thru just to be told the headsets died. Then we get to the window and they don’t have the adult happy meals. They could’ve easily came out and told us the headsets were not working. The cashier at the window was very nice but overall service sucked.

Friendly service, hot food. Surprised by this McDonalds, as most of them offer meh food and mediocre service. The service here was great and they were smiling. The food was hot and tasted good. Nice job McDonalds!

I live in Ooltewah and my grandchildren love McDonalds however I refuse to ever go to the Ooltewah McDonalds again. The service is awful – employees are very rude – you have to wait at least 30 minutes to then great treated as if you are distributing them. I pulled into the drive thru last night at 5:21pm as my grandson wanted a chicken nugget meal. There was 1 truck in front of me- 1!!!!! After he waited forever for them to take his order and finally pull up. It was my turn and yes I this point i’m fuming but because I spoil my grandson – I waited. I waited for 5 minutes ( yes I was timing) for a rude employee told me to hold on she wasn’t ready. At 5:47pm – I finally placed my order. When pulling forward – the truck that I was behind was still sitting there waiting on their order. Once I get to the window – I did ask to speak to the manager – I asked what the issue was and she said everyone called in. LIE! Everytime I go the Ooltewah McDonalds it is at least a 30 minute wait game. Last night I pulled out of the McDonalds at 6:01PM. Never again – The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of this location. Take your business and your grandkids across the street to Burger King or Chick Fil A.

Food is great. Sometimes, however the fries should have been thrown out long ago. Not sure why they keep them so I only go when they are busy so I know im getting hot fries The service is the problem tho, they are never friendly and barely speak to you. Im used to it now and wouldn’t expect anything more. As usual McDonalds had the most refreshing delicious Coca-Cola!

This location is closest to us and I would love to be able to go more but the times I have taken my kids inside it’s so very dirty to the point of being unsanitary (especially the play place). The employees are often very rude but seem stressed and understaffed possibly.
