Wonderful service. Everything went smoothly until a family member had a hair on their hashbrown, but the employee took care of that very fast and efficient! Would like to have them wear gloves, although they utilize utensils to operate service.

Order board was so dirty it could not be read. Lobby was locked at 4pm and drive through was so backed up I spent 20 minutes waiting just to not see the board. D/T cashier spent 10 minutes having conversations with a personal friend at the D/T window.

This is the 3rd time we have had items missing from our meal when we used DoorDash. It’s sad because they make the Door dashers look bad. I’m starting to believe McDonalds in Kimball, requires a college degree to put items in a bag. Here’s another thought, if you actually give people their complete order and make sure its nice and hot, maybe they will frequent your place more often.

Waited 40 minutes yesterday for cold food, called to replace it. Get the food today and it’s even colder than it was yesterday. Every single time I go to this McDonald’s we have to wait entirely too long for nasty cold food. The crew is always a mess, yelling, and running around. It’s utterly ridiculous.

Breakfast quick and hot… always good service at McDonald’s in the mornings in my experiences driving across the country. This location was on point. In, and out, and order correctly as well. There’s a drive thru with plenty of room for small to medium sized trailers.

My son and I were heading home to Georgia. We stopped at this McDonald’s to grab a breakfast sandwich. While we were ordering on the kiosk a gentleman started talking to me. When our order was up we went outside to head home I opened up my McMuffin and started to take a bite. It was the new spicy version, I must’ve ordered it wrong while I was visiting. I went inside and the manager didn’t need an explanation, she made a new one for me right away and it only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. They were very busy but ever that I could see had a smile on their face. Great customer service. I would go there again.
