Don’t waste your time stopping here. We are local so we have given this location many chances to do better and it just doesn’t happen. We spent 15 minutes waiting to order in their drive thru before leaving this time; in the past we have been told they can’t fill our mobile order or give us a refund, and they’ve cleared our order to make their times look better and forgotten to fill it. They are never staffed appropriately for being attached to a truck stop. Other fast food locations in the area are able to keep employees, there are clearly big issues here. If you’re traveling through, save yourself a headache and stop in Kimball or Lookout Valley.

I’ll say what I have to say because quite frankly, I do NOT care. Got an order for a 10 pc which tasted bad, I’m not one to normally care unless it’s bad bad. The nuggets tasted freezer burnt in a way, I don’t know. The service was TERRIBLE! Got a drink with my order, a large sprite, tasted DISGUSTING! the syrup needed changed and they didn’t do it, every drink needed it fixed. I stood inside, waiting for a worker to approach or speak to me, instead they all ignored me and walked right by me, even after locking eyes with me. The inside is dirty, trash on tables and stuff in the floor. Safe to say, I’ll NEVER return here and if you want decent fast food, you shouldn’t either.

I’ve been stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes now. Absolutely ridiculous, people go to fast food for, guess for it, fast food. This has screwed up my plans for tonight and made me late to an event I’m taking my daughter to.

I ordered through the app from this store. My food was never delivered and they refused a refund. The person on the phone was very rude. Hey asked what was on the order I went to the app and read it off to him. He still refused to offer me a refund.

Pancakes were ok. 1 small packet of syrup
2 small size butter.
Egg McMuffin had to be under a heat lamp
for a while and the hash browns were under cooked.

McDonalds is part of the Loves Gas Station Plaza –
The store was well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was correct and actually hit the spot.
The plaza has restrooms. Not clean.
Outside of the building and concrete could use power washing.

I’m thankful it is a 24hr McDonald’s!! I’m always searching for dinner when almost everyone is serving breakfast . The restaurant was a mess, both trash cans full, all the tables dirty….. and I wouldn’t have complained because I know how busy 3rd shift can be but since the front counter guy had time to go right outside of the front main entrance and have a cigarette while I was filling my soda…. I think he could have spent just a few minutes of his time cleaning a little.
