Definitely need more workers. Unbelievable wait service day and night. The amount you have to wait in the drive through or the lobby doesn’t equivalent to the food at all.

I got up to the drive in window and was told to pull up because they were waiting on fries. I sit there and after couple of minutes the car at the window gets a bag and 3 happy meals while I still wait. The next car gets their food and then someone brings mine out and while I check I find they didn’t bring the drink for my grand daughter’s happy meal so I have to go in and wait my turn to get a chocolate milk . If you are out of fries then everyone is waiting on fries no one needs to pull up over fries.

This location has provided an employee meal if you work that day since it opened. They recently took it away to punish everyone. I know a lot of people there depend on that meal to save some money and/or feed their kids. Really disappointed this particular McDonald’s doesn’t care they have kids working so hard through large rushes to feed others only to be going hungry themselves because of corporate greed. Learn to control your food cost and obvious labor problems in a more intelligent and kinder way. Stop asking workers to write reviews as well.
TLDR: Cannot recommend this location due to them punishing employees by taking food away from them after initially giving it to them. Despicable, they should do better this isn’t Christian of them.

Most of the time when we go through McDonald’s drive through the employees can be very rude and rushy when we have a big family order. Tonight I want to thank Aaron for giving us the best experience we have probably ever had. She was very nice, patient, and sweet. You deserve employee of the month because you are amazing. I got a chicken deluxe add cheese crankle cut pickles but got normal pickles 1st one one left was my frst one no cheese and normal pickles 2nd one was the remake but left of tha mayonnaise and half job of the lettuce hope tha 3rd one goes better lol this place has alot of mess ups

Pulled in with a mobile order for breakfast at 10:29 (order was placed at 10:10). Sat there for 1 minute and when they finally answered they said it was 10:30 they don’t do breakfast orders at 10:30. Waiting 7 days for my refund now. I recommend going to any other McDonald’s. The service at this one is terrible anyways, they usually throw the food out the drive thru window without even talking to you.

I come in to sit down and enjoy a meal only to find every seat in the entire building taken up by McDonald’s. Employees, apparently there’s some kind of competition going on. So they had to call in extra employees. So there’s not a single seat anywhere inside the building. That to me is just pushing customers away when they can’t even come in and sit down. Because you have McDonald’s employees in every seat inside the entire building. And they’re doing nothing but sitting around and talking
