I was incorrectly charged for a medium drink when I had ordered an extra small drink with my Happy Meal. Furthermore, I experienced poor service as I had to wait for staff to attend to me despite the manager assuring me multiple times that someone would be with me shortly. The staff seemed more engaged in conversation about personal matters than attending to customers. The manager appeared indifferent to the situation, and with another customer having waited before me for their food, I ended up leaving with my order before he received his order.

I ordered one food item one! And after sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes I was expecting it to be correct so I didn’t check and bit into a nasty floppy warm pickle I hate pickles. And even after the person made it wrong they stuck the sticker on that literally says ketchup only If they can’t even get this right what other things are wrong there? Never going back

I generally do not go in restaurants alone but I did this one. I was pleasantly surprised by the employees and even a customer I spoke to. The employees were amazing! One employee that was getting the trash together to take out was super nice. Spoke and said to have a good day. Would return!

The first thing I would like to note is the customer service of Elizabeth B. She has a great vibe about her and was very pleasant to chat with. I had a question, she found the answer. I DONT like mcdonald’s anymore. The customer service has gone downhill, almost non-existent these days…. but it’s people like Miss Elizabeth. That’s why I keep giving places like this a chance…
Secondly, they take pride in their establishment, the restroom was clean, and so was the restaurant and property…i won’t ever give my money to a couple other ones but when I pass through here, I will stop to say hi to Mrs Elizabeth

I promise you this, I DoorDash here a lot and feed my family here a lot and of course they have there ups and downs like all restaurants. Rest assure though if the gentleman named panflew is dealing with you, you will without a doubt get the best service at this whole establishment! Tha brother needs to be looked at for a promotion, he treats ppl the way they should be! Keep it up my friend!

I rarely leave reviews, but this McDonald’s location was extremely disappointing. The inside was filthy—tables were covered, trash was left out, and not a single clean seat was available. My son and I had to sit outside, which was noticeably cleaner than the dining area.
Half the drink options were unavailable, there were no straws or kids’ lids stocked, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. I asked for my food to be made fresh, but what I received was clearly not. I was never asked if I wanted to dine in, or take out they just assumed I was doing take out, To make matters worse, there were half-drunk drinks and leftover food scattered around, and a man in the lobby was coughing openly without covering his mouth—no regard for public health.
The staff member who took my order seemed nervous, though I was polite and respectful. I truly hope this location improves its cleanliness and customer service, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

The food is okay and good for a quick fix. It was a good size portion for the price. There was no wait in the drive thru.
