Ordered here for breakfast this morning, very disappointed. The girl who took our order left us mid order to take a drive through order beside us, 4 cars passed us before she finally finished our order. We had gotten there first as well, and we heard her voice on the other speakers. My coffee I ordered (Caramel macchiato) had no caramel in it, and my hot chocolate was a cup of warm milk. If I’m paying for food I expect it to be as described without missing ingredients. I understand a morning rush and food taking a bit long, but seriously? A cup of warm milk without any chocolate whatsoever is ridiculous. Do better! I’ve had previous bad experiences, for example one afternoon last year a workers kid tried to steal my Togo bags out of my hands because her mother was on her break at the spoke shop near Kumo and she couldn’t get her free food yet and had to wait until she returned. At least that’s what I overheard another worker telling the kids, and when I got my order the kid old enough to know better tried to steal my Togo order out of my hands. Absolutely ridiculous that nobody intervened, the kid looked maybe 14 and the girls mothers’ coworker was standing right there witnessing the entire thing. Do better, fast food shouldn’t be a nightmare just convenient and easy for paying customers.

Love the park. Place inside the McDonald’s. Service was horrible. They literally had an advertisement by one fish sandwich Get one for one dollar and they were refusing to do it because they did not know about the advertisement. I literally had to show it on their TV screen that cut change in their ads. The cashier told the manager, and he yelled at him. I told the kid to just type it in and let’s see if it does it and it did. The cheese on the fish sandwich was half on half off. The manager was out of touch with customer service and the advertisement.

Super fast pick up food in lobby…. walked ♀️ right by a dozen cars in the drive thru lol.
Didn’t realize how good the app was until I got all the free food and even a 20% discount on orders more than $10 Thats crazy ……. check out the free food.

I got a basket of fries and chicken nuggets. The fries were nice and crispy but some of them were so crispy the insides were non-existent. The chicken nuggets were the worst part sadly. They were crispy on the outside but they tasted horrible like they had been sitting out for too long. This has been my go-to McDonald’s and i’ve never had any bad experience but this was a genuinely horrible experience.

The fries were gross as if they sat out for a very long time. The food was cold even when they brought it to our table. It was freezing inside the restaurant and there were signs that we could only be there 30 minutes if we were eating. Pardon me? No wonder people no longer want to go to this location. We will not return. 25th Street is way better. I’ve never had worse food at a McDonald’s. Shame!

So I went thru the drive thru about 15 min ago ordered a 10 piece nugget combo wanted to sub the drink for a frappe …..the gentleman says they are out of frappes….ok I’ve heard this before so I asked the lady who took my money as maybe I opened a can of worms but decided to ask amewaz well she said they had frappes just not Carmel that they had mocha but the gentleman on the headset said they didn’t have any frappes so I told the lady at the drive thru to reiterate that they did have other flavors just not Carmel that’s fine had they told me that the next issue which has to be either lazy or incompetents or both I don’t know so my son’s fries are dumped in the bag and instead of honey mustard they gave him packs of honey I mean what’s the qualifications to hire someone a pulse I mean geez so better I won’t be back.

It seems like they are trying to get out of the fast food service and move into the table service more but they use the same food and same staff and neither is very good. It’s like when you go to that one family members house that looks like they’re fun and inviting and they invite you over but you notice something isn’t right bc the smile doesn’t reach they’re eyes. My order was almost $50 dollars. When I got to the pick up windows I asked for extra sauce for the nuggets and NOT VERY NICE that extra sauce is $.40 for every one you get. I’m not sure who the person was that was standing over to the side of the window screaming that it’s $.40 For EACH ONE. McDonald’s you suck! A $50 order and I can’t get an extra sauce for nuggets. The staff is friendly at this store but the frappe machine has been down a month at least they can’t make those now the machine that cooks steak isn’t working so they can’t make those because they can’t cook the steak. This store is close to my work so I try going there but with all the faulty machines that don’t work so you can’t order what you want and the order I did place I asked no egg and twice I have got egg on my food when I asked for no egg . I try to give places multiple chances but no more here. It’s better to drive across town to get breakfast and get my order correct and get what I actually want .
