This location is got some serious problems. I’ve been here multiple times when things just were not going right for them. And it has almost always involved getting an order placed. The kiosks inside don’t print receipts and so you don’t get your order number so then they have no way to identify you since that’s the only way they seem to be able to do it. That’s happened multiple times during lunch. The app reg regularly doesn’t work at this location. And I’ve sat at the drive-thru many times at 5:00 or 5:30 and there’s just nobody taking dinner orders. Which leaves the person serving frustrated. I’m sure being short-staffed is part of it but there’s some technology issues going on with this location too.

Service extremely slow food is not satisfying and been served cold on multiple occasions. 2 separate cashiers at this location were both rude, woman on first shift long aqua nails brown hair and a man on night shift with long hair. It’s gotten to the point I travel across town for mcdonald’s before even thinking about coming to this one nearest to me due to the service.

We went through the drive through at about 10:28 in the morning wanting some breakfast. So we ordered and when we got the food and the person handing out our order was this guy who didn’t talk, was super gloomy and just was just overall a bad experience. On top of that, they made a coffee that literally looks like it’s all creamer.

I swear everytime order a shake there is always a issue, it’s always like chocolate milk or upside down ice cream cone blended like a shake. Ordered one today and the same and it was chocolate milk and asked for another flavor and they completely forgot I was at the counter, and asked for refund and never got I am sorry, you think I would learn by now at this McDonald’s and I order a Dlb. Chz burger only onion extra onion and got this, I put the ketchup on the burger, so I guess 2 pieces of onion means extra and only onion

Would not call this fast food. Waited 25 min for 2 happy meals and a large fry while only 2 people were ahead of us. I have never witnessed employees that move slower and comprehend less than the people who work here.

Honestly this is the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in Nashville. Customer service is always top notch and the staff are always friendly. They make conversation with you which creates a positive experience. Additionally, the service is always very quick and my orders are always right. Vinny (the manager) is an excellent guy also. He always ensures everything is up to standard. Rarely ever do I have 10/10 service each time but this location never fails.

I know McDonald’s is not known for being clean but this one was disgusting. See pictures. Staff just standing around and no one wiping down tables or sweeping up. There wasn’t one single clean table in the place and there was only one other customer other than myself in the place. Oh and no cars in the drive through when I came in so not exactly too busy to clean up. I was there at 2:30 in the afternoon.

I typically go to this place because they never get my order wrong however, when going today, I was met with the sweetest Front window person and possibly the worst Second window person I’ve ever met. My food was cold. The second I got it. The man honestly seemed like he was stoned or something. He had a very uncaring attitude and not only that, I had to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes to even get my food absolutely horrible experience I would give it zero if I could.

Usually the same bad each and every visit. A few good people who take orders and a plethora of people who make the orders INCORRECTLY. Then after ordering through and responding through the McDonalds app, informing management that I received cold, old or wrong food, McDonald’s sends an email asking for a receipt for purchase which is asinine when the order and complaint was initiated in THEIR APP. I just don’t go to McDonald’s because something is wrong each and every single time.
