For some reason service has dropped dramatically. Used to be my daily go to for the tea and fries. However, in the past 2 months food quality, service quality, order accuracy and speed have all been terrible factors at this location. As someone who grew up here it is a sad change ! My last visit I placed a mobile order to be told I was to be “refused service” on my order which had been already paid for. Upon exclaiming I would prefer to just get my food, as I paid and my order was placed already. Female answered the headset with a very foul attitude yelling that I would not be served and I needed to leave, that my order would be refunded at the end of the night. Three days later I still haven’t received a refund and app stated order as completed. Practically theft. Most likely would’ve been disappointed anyways as I have the past 2 months. Please improve service as needed. Not all employees are worth keeping !

Placed an order at the drive through, 2 Big Mac meals. Got home and had a quarter pounder, large fry. Had to drive all the way back to Waverly from McEwen to get the order corrected. Asked for the q. Pounder back. No apology. The cashier at the window was very pleasant.

Everything started okay. Ordered on the kiosk, got our number sat down. Food came fairly quickly. Picked up a fry, it was limp… for lack of a better term. Bit into it. It was WAAAY under cooked. I took them up front. The girl looked shocked. To her credit, she did apologize and went to make more. We go sit back down. We finish everything else waiting. No fries. At this point I go up and ask the same girl. Another look of shock. “You didn’t get your fries?!” She went and asked, the employee pointed at a to-go bag on the counter. Seems they couldn’t be bothered with bringing them to us.
The refund went smoothly.

I know it’s McDonalds, but that makes it even easier to just make sure you’re not serving old, dried out burger patties. I’ve been there twice now and with the burgers it is always the same result. I’m sure some people get lucky for a small lunch rush, but for dinner, negative.

Service can be slow at times—especially when it gets busy—but many appreciate its familiarity and ease. It’s not a place to hang out, but definitely a reliable stop for a fast break.

So I eat here at McDonald’s quite frequently and the other day I did get my meal and the french fries were literally cold I will say that’s not typically the case but this last time I went there was very disappointed I’m not one to complain if the fries aren’t super hot or super fresh but they were literally cold and they tasted stale

I was surprised at the improvement This location has gotten. Everything was in perfect order and the food is the best I have ever had at any location. (I’ve been to many). I been going since they opened up the first store in Indiana (I’m that old) Keep up the great job. I was highly impressed.
