Never had such a pleasant experience than I’ve had today at this particular McDonald’s. Great atmosphere Extremely Clean throughout the Entire Restaurant !!! And the service was beyond Excellent. Once ordering and picking out my table, an employee brought my food to my table, filled my drink for me, supplied me with all my condiments l, and asked if I needed anything else. Then about 5 minutes apat, 2-3 times, she’d stop by checking that everything was good and to my satisfaction !!!! Then, getting up to leaving and grabbing my belongings, an employee came to my table, asked if I needed anything from the tray. After replying No, she took my tray and emptied everything in the trash for me, while I was refilling my drink to go !!!! Their friendliness, courtesy, pampering and very professional experience makes me want to choose that very McDonald’s, for every meal while on the go. Nothing compares to their services and professionalism.

Listen I know this is just fast food, but this is the worst McDonald’s in the world. I also work in the restaurant industry so I completely understand how tiring and overwhelming it can get it, but it’s fast food and you don’t have to rely on tips to pay the bills. The kids that work there make an hourly pay. So there lack of responsibility is crazy!!! I DoorDash a lot especially late nights and ever single time something is always wrong or missing. It can not be that hard to put an already made cheeseburger in the bag???? But this morning, my boyfriend and I ordered some breakfast just something fast and easy. And they completely gave us the wrong order! Not one thing was correct. We got a McGriddle, McMuffin, and a breakfast burrito. They gave us 2 chicken biscuits and 2 hash brown’s. The most frustrating part is that the ticket on the bag had our correct order but clearly not in the bag! All I’m saying is maybe train your staff correctly and not so immature, also don’t have 18 year olds as a manager of an establishment.

Ok, up front, I’m a Boomer. So I happen to like good service not just quick service. The kiosk and app I can use but I do miss the days of “How may I serve you?”. The food is calories and the store is clean; in 2026 that’s the best you can hope for.

Went through the drive thru this morning for breakfast with my fiancé. His food turned out good, but I had ordered a Chicken McGriddle with cheese. I went to open the McGriddle and there was no cheese on it and went to take a bite to eat and realized there was a black hair on the top bun.

Gave a simple order. Double-quarter pounder with cheese, a double cheeseburger, and a large fry. Was asked to pay for the wrong food at the window. After correcting them, they proceeded to try and give me the wrong food. Corrected again, so they told me to wait at parking spot #1. Waited for 40 min. They bring out the wrong order. Corrected again. After another 5 min, they bring me the wrong order again… ya never going back. Atrocious management.

I visit this McDonald’s once or twice a month, because it’s located near my doctor’s office, and today was my best experience of all. Valarie took my order and she absolutely made my day! She was funny, friendly, and made sure our order was accurate. Valarie is an asset to the McDonald’s cooperation and I hope this franchise treats her well so they don’t lose her. She’s a gem ☺️

If the owners roll back the cameras where the food is made to about 7:20 pm on 2-20-2026 you will see one of your cooks drop a cheese burger on the ground pick it back up put a new wrapper on it and look around to make sure no one caught her, this burger also went into a kids happy meal. today me & my husband got lunch here, while eating my large fry i find a pink ACRYLIC NAIL. i was disgusted! i call & a lady answered, i keep my cool because i’m assuming it’s not her nail. i explain the situation & she tells me they can “make it right” by giving my money back. we ask about gloves & she said “they only wear gloves when making sandwiches because since covid-19 is over thats the only time it’s required” i was appalled & angry. she did apologize but also blew me off in the same sentence acting like my meal was just wrong, like i got ketchup instead of mustard when in reality i wanted fries & got someone’s fake nail.
don’t really need to add it but me & my family & friends won’t be coming back here.
