Signs say they close at a specific time but they always close very early. I fact checked with google on the times and it says the same thing. I went to order at 10pm at the drive through (supposedly closes at 11pm) lights are on but nobody is taking orders. Very frustrating to drive to expecting food based on the hours of business posted yet always closing earlier than times posted.

I’m not sure how to write a dual review. But I had a problem with my order and the teen at the window was more than kind and professional as he asked if I wanted him to get the manager. It was just a quick question, so I agreed and the manager came to the window (no cars behind me, otherwise I would have simply let it go)….so I asked the manager the question and she blew it off, minimized my issue, then walked away. The teen worker had more customer service skills in his pinky finger than this manager had.

Same thing happened twice it was 10:30pm and they weren’t coming to the window. 7:15 they toke the entire other line and didn’t take ours, then when we finally got there they forgot my ranch. And a girl had a AirPods in like maybe work
