I ordered a steak bagel and the egg was undercooked. I was told this was normal and that’s how they cook their eggs. I ended up sick to my stomach because I ate too much of it without realizing the yolk was runny. So, they made a replacement and it was burnt and dry. I didn’t want to complain but after being made to feel like I was lying and that it was normal I have to let others know. Normally, this sandwich is made with a folded egg but subbed for a round egg. The bagel itself could not be eaten because it was so hard. I have never complained about any food I have gotten here before since the other food I have received was good.

I only give it a one star because I can’t give it zero. There is no, zero, zip, nada customer service here they only speak in Spanish. There is no greeting when you come into to the lobby you can only order on the kiosk and then when your order is ready they bring it to the front call out the number and walk back to the back! This is not what McDonalds is suppose to be. Mr Ray Croc would be spinning in his grave to see what y’all are turning his dream into a night mare. McDonald’s was suppose to be above the rest!

We were here Tuesday evening before Christmas Eve. I’ve never been in a McDonald’s with this atmosphere! The Christmas decorations were very nice with candlelit arrangements on each table and Santa was there with a nicely decorated area to see kids and have pictures made. There was a homeless mother with her grown autistic son there and they knew who I thought was the manager by name by the way she greeted and/or knew everyone there and she was above and beyond being courteous, helpful and going around checking on everyone and when I asked, I was shocked to find out that she was a regular employee! The customers, staff and Santa all interacted with each other like family or longtime friends and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at ANY place I’ve ever eaten and to think it was a McDonald’s just gave me hope that the world still has good spots to go to!

This location needs help badly! The manager is absolutely awful. She’s rude to customers, isn’t solution-focused, and is disrespectful to her staff. Every visit to this location, there’s something wrong with my order. Previously I had placed a mobile order which they gave to another customer by the same name, and acted like it was my problem to fix. They still have not corrected their process on that. Yesterday I ordered 2 sets of 6-piece chicken nuggets, but was given 4-piece nuggets instead. Fries had no salt on them. Didn’t notice till I had gotten all the way home since the nugget boxes look the same. Truly hope this location gets some help to turn things around.

Mr. Lyon, I am long overdue for a refund. They were closed on thanksgiving but still accepted mobile orders. After 3 attempts of the corporate office telling me that they have contacted the franchise owner, I still have not received my refund or have even been contacted. I know so many people lost their money that day too as there was a long line of people, many trying to go inside and get their mobile orders. This is not the first time they have messed up like this. They often forget to add things to my bag and get orders wrong. I’m so tired of losing money here. I think I will just stop going here altogether.

If I could give zero stars I would. I visited this McDonald’s on 12/3 around 4:20pm and went thru the drive thru. I ordered a McRib meal, a small fry, and fudge sundae. The sundae was the only thing that was edible. The food was cold, old and disgusting. But the worst part was that they served me a McRib with NO BBQ SAUCE ON IT. Who wants a sauce less McRib. I tried to call to speak to a manager multiple times but no one answered the phone. So I came back to this location the next day to rectify the issue. I spoke to a manager who stated that her name was Hannah. I showed her pictures of the McRib. She was rude, offensive, and tried to gaslight me by saying that the reason there was no BBQ sauce was because I waited until I got home to eat so the sauce was dried up by then. She said that the BQ sauce soaked into the bread when it was clear that there wasn’t any sauce to begin with. And that the fries were cold, old, and nasty because I waited until I was home to eat them. Which wasn’t true. How ridiculous. She also tried to refuse to give me a refund until I told her that I would call their corporate office. She also refused to give me the name and number of any other manager at this location. She has a terrible attitude and this was the worst food I’ve ever gotten from a McDonalds and I will not be returning to this location. If y’all don’t get it together this location is not going to do well. You just opened, you shouldn’t be serving people this kind of food or providing such terrible customer service. I’m highly disappointed. I will be uploading pictures.

The workers working on Thursday, Oct.30th at around 10:20pm were amazing! The drive through clerk was kind and respectful and the food was prepared AMAZINGLY! Perfect amount of sauce, pickles, fries…I asked for a oreo McFlurry with hot fudge and they did NOT fail me! Amazingly delicious and so much oreo and hot fudge just DELICIOUS ☺️ Thank yall!
