I was starving. I never eat breakfast but today my stomach was growling. I got a chicken biscuit and orange juice. The chicken was hard and chewy and terrible. I had to force some of it down, because I was truly hungry.

I work 3rd shift so whenever I’m not able to pack a lunch it’s either a gas station or McDonald’s. Whoever all was working tonight was awesome, food was fresh and so was the fry’s. Usually on the weekends the fry’s are hard and the food is old, so it was nice being able to eat my “dinner.” Thank y’all

The customer service could have been more welcoming than what it was. We were not greeted as we came in just looked at then when we got to the counter it was what do you want! Also the floor was being mopped while the place was packed then she was mopping right in the walkway to the play area and then gave you this look like we shouldn’t be walking on the wet floor with no sign, but that’s the only entrance for you to get into. There wasn’t alot of parking open due to the parking lot being pressure washed at 5pm on a Sunday. The food could have been hot, but instead we got over cooked nuggets and cold unsalted fries! The best part my kids enjoyed theirselves playing and running around thats what made it all worth going!

Drive thru girls at both windows have no personality, this is the 3rd time I tried this location and each time is same situation. Sorry but I won’t be back. 3 strikes in out.I don’t like giving these ratings and normally don’t buy 3xs is not a bad day it’s a way of operation.

We stopped into this Mcdonald’s for a quick breakfast to-go as we were traveling. It was very quick and seemed to be very organized. Our food was as ordered and everything was as expected. We were very happy with this visit.

For a McDonald’s, it looked very nice inside except for the dried ketchup on our table. They had the kiosks set up so you can order at them or at the counter. Our food was decent and quick. An employee came around to check on people occasionally which was nice for a fast food place. You can also take a seat after you order and they’ll bring your food to you.

This was my first & will be my last time at this location. To be quite honest this is by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve visited in TN. Yes the entire state where I’ve resided for 30 years. I didn’t order anything magical like a unicorn &Fairies with a side of pixie dust. No no not at all. I simply ordered a McChicken, small fry and a fountain drink. My first sandwich had no lettuce for some reason although it’s included however I pushed on. However when I took a bite I realized it wasn’t Mayo as I suspected but TARTAR SAUCE instead!! Please imagine a tarter sauce chicken sandwich. I go back through the line to have it corrected, I waited at the second window for 7 mins to get my correct sandwich. Sadly after the amble amount of time it took to get the sandwich my fries were cold not even room temp. So I got to have a HI-C and a bite of a chicken & tartar sauce sandwich for dinner before going into work. I work 3rd shift so I just starved until my lunch around breakfast. I did not return to this less than qualified establishment. My recommendation is a 0 shoot really -6 it’s a 0/10 highly DON NOT RECOMMEND.

If you are a gig driver do not come here unless you are willing to wait over 30 mins at the 3rd window and be forgotten. Popeyes is faster if that tells you anything.
