Burger was burnt and looked like someone squeezed it in there fist, bathroom was disgusting, my shoe almost came off my foot because of the sticky floor, the homeless looking guy handing me my food…. Wasn’t rude, but definitely wasn’t friendly.

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I received on Tuesday evening the 10th of February at your Smyrna Almaville Road location. I was getting a cookie tote to take to some friends. We give them as a gratitude gift to lots of places. When we are pleased with their service we give them cookie totes a lot of the time. They are always hot and delicious! I asked could they put them in a bag with a seal so they could see no one had been in the bag. The lady at the counter was so accommodating to do that for me and I really do appreciate them doing so. They were working hard to get the order out and really care about service. This Smyrna location is an outstanding one to go to. Thank you all for caring about customer service and the GREAT JOB that all of you do!

Bathroom was out of toilet paper. We asked for toilet paper and no one came to give us any. Had to wipe with napkins that felt like sandpaper and my daughter had to go get them! A worker went in after us to use the restroom with no toilet paper in hand. Not sure what she used to wipe with . Came out the restroom and put hand sanitizer on.. no soap! Would NOT recommend

Cant tell you how the food is because the late night crew is a bunch of goofballs. After a long day of working, i just wanted a quick meal before heading home later in the evening. Went through the drive through for 2 items. Waited at first window for 10 mins . Finaly someone was able to tell me to pull up to next window, from this pov i can see staff just being some goofballs (irritating when you work full time and goto school) just to wait for another 10 mins. Mind you.. no line, or busy.. just kids with no work ethic. I ended up just leaving and went to a better location. Dont go to this location at night. Complete laziness and unprofessionalism.

I was on lunch break, drive thru was long, decided to go inside. Maybe could get helped a little faster. Waited 15 mins while works were goofing off. When I received my food, he told me one of the workers gave my sandwich to another customer. I get back to work, and realize I didn’t get my chicken wrap); thoroughly disappointed.

Food was great (for McDonald’s) but the service was horrible and the dining area was atrocious. Flies everywhere. Dirty tables, chairs, and floor. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. No fountain drinks in the lobby, only receive them when the food is ready. Staff does not bring food to you when dining in. They just yell for you from the counter.

I don’t understand why almost every time I visit this McDonald’s, (which I very very seldom eat these days) you have to pack a lunch!!!!! for the last 3 visits I’ve taken my little neice to get breakfast or late lunch before or after taking her to school we have a 20-30 minute wait, in the drive thru even when she uses her mobile app!!!!
That’s awful + its been lik this for quite a while!!!
Please get these employees sone Chi-fil-A training and customer service skills!!!

Horrible. No respect. No courtesy. An order mistake was understandable but no apology, no communication, and only the minimum to make it right are totally unacceptable. All of this came from both the cashier and a manager which is inexcusable.

Had to pay at the register because the card reader on the kiosk was broken. It took a few minutes to get someone to help us out but once the order was paid for, it came out hot and fresh. Restaurant appeared clean. Bathroom needed some cleaning but otherwise it was a decent enough McDonald’s.

Went through drive thru and paid at first window. When I approached the second window, I was putting the change up (a few bills were given back, when I had paid). And there was a foreign guy working that window. He started saying something about wanting my money, that I was putting up. I could not even understand him at first.
Then my daughter said he was saying “We need money. Don’t have no money.” And had his hand out. Hef was serous, too. It was weird and uncomfortable.
Don’t think I will be going back here.
