For first time my food was actually good and correct. My burger and fries were hot from start to finish, which is a good thing. Burger was nice and juicy and salty like I like it and the fries were salty too which I loved. Tables chairs and floors was dirty. But the best meal I’ve ever had though.

Today after school, I took my kids to get a snack and ordered two snack wraps. The chicken inside was burnt. I called to let the store know, and first spoke with Maddie, who said it was “just the breading.” I called back and spoke with the manager, who told me there was nothing they could do.
If an employee makes a mistake, the customer shouldn’t be left to deal with it. Burnt food shouldn’t have been served in the first place, and the lack of any resolution is disappointing. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

I’m usually not one to complain but, I visit McDonald’s quite often & don’t plan to return for quite a while!! The school aged evening/late night employees are EXTREMELY RUDE!! I ordered a Big Mac and when I received it I noticed quickly that it only had two pieces of bread with tons of Mac sauce and only one patty with nothing else on it at all, my order is ALWAYS NOT CORRECTLY MADE OR MISSING SOMETHING!! Do better McDonald’s also, please put friendly employees to wear. They are the ones who need to be seen and dealt with by customers.

Food was good but the staff on the weekend evening shift leave a lot to be desired. Stood waiting to request a refil for over five minutes, had at least two employees in the back glance right at me and ignore me, including the lead. Not impressed.

Tea machine was down and just like everywhere depends on a computer to interact with customers the chicken was old and they call 2 pickles being extra and big mac sauce was sour never again will I be back i mean pathetic restraunts at its finest and you dont make this up and they give you food improperly wrapped straight from the bag

i wouldn’t normally review a chain restaurant but i have to tell you my experience at this one. I was actually waited on. They did not shout a number and make me go get my food but they actually brought my food and came back to refill my drink. WHAT?!!! I’m amazed. this is a wonderful McDs

Don’t pay for extra Caramel on a frappe cause you won’t get it. Told the guy at drive thru that they didn’t put extra Caramel on and he said I don’t know I’m not back there. So $.49 plus tax gone.

I had a wonderful experience this morning at the local mc Donald’s. A couple teen age boys were rolling in for breakfast at about time for them to be a school. They still held the door and let me order before them. The staff were also very prompt with my order. Im giving a 5 star review for the cleanliness of the restraint and the quickness of the order.
