Pulled up at 3 am at the drive thru with one car in front of me. It took a while for them to take his order. When it was my turn no one answered on the speaker. I waited for 5 minutes. I pulled around to see if they were closed, there was literally three cars waiting at the windows and you can see workers inside. So I go around again to the speakers and I say hello like 5 times and no answer. Even though I already ordered through the app I just cancelled and left. Which was probably what the workers wanted me to do. I’ve been through a lot of late night drive through and usually someone will tell you that they’ll be right with you. But nope no response. Even after I asked if they were closed or not which they obviously weren’t.
There was also another time where we ordered in advance through the app and we pull up and we are told that they are closed. Then why is it open for customers to order? Usually it will say the store is closed. And also they’re supposed to be 24/7. I have a feeling the workers are not doing what they’re suppose to be.

The drive thru attendant was running the show. (Wearing a Pink beanie hat) She had a great attitude and was making the best out of a busy morning!! My food was great and I got all of my sauces!!! I live in Murfreesboro, and those McDonald’s are hit or miss on service and food. I have to travel to Shelbyville often and this McDonald’s is always so nice and professional when i stop in!!!

Ordered in drive through and ask for ranch and ketchup and was rang up on the screen. Get to the window and they pull me up to the third window. Wait wasn’t long but when I opened my bag there wasn’t any napkins, ketchup, or ranch. I never eat here because something is always wrong every time but my wife and daughter wanted something might I add I didn’t get me anything. Never will! I’ve been done with McDonalds for over 2 years now. Anyway I knock on the window several times and no one comes so I pull around and go in. Get to the counter and not a person one to wait on me. I wait and wait and wait and all the employees see me and just keep on going and never acknowledge me whatsoever. Customer already up there told me good luck getting someone to come up to the register. I finally have to yell just to get someone to come up to me. This is just ridiculous! This is why I eat at home.

I have NEVER been treated the way I was around 6 pm on October 11th! The little older dyed red haired woman was the first to acknowledge another customer and I were even there after 5mins. I started explaining about a milkshake she interrupted me, “That’s not my job”, stormed in the back and a manager came up. Rung up the milkshakes. When she was there watching him I told her that I also had an order. She asked the other customer there, “what do you want?” Customer says just the 2 drinks I ordered. She slams an order on the pickup counter, “Allen” and stormed off. She threw down the customers drinks. She finally comes back to the counter and actually said, “What?!” She went to the bags pulled out the reciept from the bag for Allen. There’s our number. I’m Steph. She didn’t try to hand it to me she threw it down in the counter and stormed away. Rediculous! I guess I will only go here at night when the decent people are working. The wonderful lady from last night made sure we were given a free milkshake because we weren’t able to get one (the machine was doing something) after we already paid the app

About 1/4 to 1am Tuesday morning. One of the guys (I believe he had a beard) was very personable, chipper and seemed glad to be there. I asked for a side of pickles because usually when you order extra pickles it means 2 slices. I love my kids meals, nostalgia I guess with another burger. They were perfect. Brought me back. The fries were hot and the fry holder things were stuffed. Boyfriend said they could use a little longer in fryer. He also recommends going with the MC Chicken instead of the MC crispy but… I’ve thought less of this McDonald’s before but tonight (morning) was excellent.

This is the third time I’ve come to this location when it says it’s open and it’s been closed. It’s listed as a 24-hour McDonald’s, and the app even allows me to place an order, but when I arrive, the store isn’t operating. It’s extremely frustrating to place an order and drive here only to find out no one is open or available. If the store is not actually open 24 hours, the hours need to be updated immediately, and the ordering system should not allow customers to submit orders during closed times. This has happened multiple times now, and it’s very inconvenient. I hope this issue gets resolved soon so other customers don’t continue to experience the same problem.

This place is a disaster. The employees don’t want to be there. The provided 00000 customer service. And you will spend at least 30min in drive threw. Make sure you check that you got all your food before you pull away from the window. We got shorted $5 worth of food and they never answer the phone but they will hang up on you!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Mcdonalds has gone in the trash can the last 30 yrs. Nothing like its original owners wanted for their company. Customer is always right or you have no customers…

The employees are usually nice, but not very bright. The food always takes longer than most McDonald’s and it’s been bad where I had to throw it out. They also don’t know the difference between diced onions and sliced onions. I repeatedly say it, and they NEVER get it right!
Another horrible experience has brought my review to a 0. How many bad reviews before you make changes. The food is horrible. You have more 1 stars than 5…get it together.

My parents ordered food for all of us tonight and I am appalled at what we received. We ordered 2 McRibs, 2 QPC meals, a Big Mac with EXTRA sauce AND pickles, some nuggets and a cheeseburger happy meal. The ONLY 2 sandwiches out of 6 that had pickles was the QPC’s. And we didn’t even get the nuggets. PLUS my Big Mac had NO lettuce either. Wth happened tonight guys??! I am 8 mos pregnant and ALL I wanted was pickles to be on my sandwiches..

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There was a problem with my mobile order and even after showing them my receipt it still took them a minute to decide to go ahead and prepare the order that was already paid for btw. And this is after already having to wait a while in the drive thru. Too many problems with this location.
