I want to the McDonalds on Broad Street and ordered a kids happy meal. If you are not aware, when you order a kids happy meal and get tea there is ten cent up charge. The manager told me that if you order anything but a apple juice or milk they charge extra, because tea is not the healthy option. It’s McDonald’s for God’s sake. Nothing on the menu is healthy!! Just my opinion!!

awful service. i’m not the type of person to make review but this one just pisses me off i placed a breakfast order way before 10:30. my husband arrived maybe 12 minutes after and they tell him that we cannot get our order because it’s lunch now. they should have had our meal set aside. that’s ridiculous. they wasn’t doing their job that’s why it was a problem. the food should have already been done. terrible i will never come to this location everytime we do its always a problem.

Unfortunately,this is one of the worst McDonald’s in the Murfreesboro area.The credit for this assessment is primarily based on staff services.On several occasions the staff are rude, unprofessional and dressed in a McDonald’s shirt with leather and chains and nails curved and long enough to carry and contaminate the food.I usually order something that requires specific instructions to have a chance for fresh hot food.This is a great location and I know that staff turnover is definitely a detergent to consistency.I remember when this store opened and Robbie Raff and his father took great pride in serving the public. Please, please try to improve.Thank you.

absolutely disgusting! if i could rate 0 stars i would’ve definitely did so. Order cookies and asked for them to be fresh …. lady says ok and i got my food leave… get home and cookies hard as a damn rock. i should’ve checked my other food but this is what my burger looked like…. this does not make any sense. Very rude employees and the food isnt fresh. When I got the wrong meal and asked for them to correct it I got attitude from the girl at the window and the food was ridiculously cold and just old. They wanna charge an absurd amount but dont want to take care of their customers.

I don’t know why i came back here again…. they just forgot half my breakfast order two mornings ago and when i went back it was after breakfast hours and they insisted I would get refunded but would take my receipt to issue the refund… Went back tonight and they forget an entire cookie tote! They claimed they were out of the boxes and it was in the bag… nothing it’s there. This place used to be great… It’s right by the house but now looks like I’ll get to go past 24 because this is ridiculous.
