Thank you so much for wasting 33 minutes of my life. I appreciate how after waiting 30+ minutes on the rest of my $14 order and requesting a refund, you asked for the food back.
That allowed me to go to Wendy’s which took a total of 2 min, the food was hot and delicious, the people were so friendly and nice! Thank you for allowing me to experience another restaurant after your bad experience and completely turn my night around. Live live laugh!

The food and service is normally fine, but you guys need to check your expiration dates on your dairy products. The coffee I just got was SOUR!!! I thought it was just the whipped cream on top but it was the whole caramel macchiato.

The orders are ALWAYS wrong. It’s wild that a business that charges more for bacon or an extra patty, would consistently fail to fulfill their end of the order. As someone who has also been a delivery driver for this location, i’ve seen on numerous occasions, the workers just standing around gossiping rather than completing the order. I’ve stood at the counter for 10 minutes on several occasions just for one of the girls to stop talking, finally slap a sticker on the bag and hand it to me. This location has problems.

Repeated the order multiple times, the order taker still had it messed up. He mummbled cuss words over the mic towards me. When I asked why something was on the screen that wasn’t ordered. He left off the 6 piece. Get to the first window communicate to that person hey we need a 6 piece they missed. That guy deletes the small fry (WHICH WAS CORRECT) and adds the 6 piece. You all need some better training for your staff.

Cheese-less cheeseburger, again…
It is really sad that it cost $1.99+ tax for a regular cheeseburger at McDonald’s.
What’s even worse is this was my “cheeseburger” with extra ketchup extra onion. Please note, NO CHEESE, no pickle and barely any ketchup, mustard or any other toppings (besides a small pile of onion in one spot.)
This is a regular occurrence at this McDonald’s. We even had a big Mac from this location, without cheese. And several times when I’ve ordered something for everyone at home, we get home and again, I’m paying for a cheeseburger and they’re all plain burgers. I just don’t get it if you try to call, you’re never gonna reach someone they do not answer the phone at this location.
Unfortunately, when in a hurry, logistically this is the place I stop (regardless of the poor quality.)
This time I pulled over in the parking lot to eat so decided when I took my first bite it was so pitiful, and I was still there, I went back through the drive-through.
The person at the drive-through said to pull forward to the second window and they would have it remade. But, when I did so, no one was aware of what I talking about. So they had me pull up, park and wait.
Eventually, they brought out a new cheeseburger, but again, barely any ketchup, no pickle, and as usual the bun was super dry, and the burger was burnt. I gave up at that point and just left.
Again, a basic cheeseburger shouldn’t be this hard to get correct.
I wish we had other choices near where we live (when we are going to indulge in fast food…)
Or, McDonald’s could put the slightest bit of effort into providing the food that people order.

Stopped by McDonald’s during morning and had a great experience. Didn’t have to wait long for my order, and the staff were energetic and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was quick, reasonably priced, and perfect for a grab-and-go bite before work.

The workers were incredibly nice. However the manager was not. I clearly had a code on my phone for a free burrito that was not working through their system. Rather than honoring it anyway, I just lost the points. Sad that they’re losing business over poor management. I hope she doesn’t treat the workers as poorly as she treats the customers.

This McDonald’s is rather interesting, all of the employees are actually college graduates with extremely high I.Q.’s and so polite it’s crazy, just like any one of these 3 star and above reviews, you should be reviewed. Unless it’s people they know…… like they’re kids. Yes, I will gladly talk to a McDonald’s representative about my experiences to ensure the same treatment is given an how to “Do a chicken sandwich” .
