Purchased a QP meal, arrived home to eat, and bit into the burger and noticed it wasn’t even cooked properly. We returned to the location and informed the oversized, heavyset, eye glass wearing, nasty-dirty uniform shirt, with his high pitched voice, so called manager about this unhealthy food they just severed us. We informed him we wanted a refund for the entire meal, and he said he would only refund for the burger. DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION.

So how are we supposed to call when our orders are wrong? Phone does not seem to work EVER. I just want to know how a mistake like this can happen. I ordered a burger for my kid, no pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, only cheese, patty and bun and they still put pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard and added Mac sauce? I went back and checked my app, no where to I say add Mac sauce anywhere. This is sad because when I go to get food and come back home, I do not want to come back McDonald’s needs to make it an option in the app, to report when your order is wrong. I have NOT YET ever been able to get in touch with anyone when my order is wrong.

Food was hot. The customer service was great. However, they need to promote the $1 sell

Just left the drive thru and tried to order a happy meal using the app, to get $1.50 off. I gave code for the $1.50 off and was told it didn’t work but the app refreshed as she told me. She asked for me to refresh, so I do and gave her a new number. I was charged full price. I asked if she captured the discount and was told I the new number was just collecting points. I was asked to pull up and manager could apply $1.50 discount. I get to the window, no one told the first window the issue and had to repeat the story and ask to have the manager called over. Darrell the store manager comes to the window and I share the saga for the third time. He says what was entered is the earning points code. Which I say ok, but I gave the discount code first and show him my app where it says I have to wait 13 minutes to reuse the discount code. The screen shows I just have the discount code. I was asking to have the $1.50 discount applied and that’s all. It was definitely the apps issue. However, he “just saying”, “what’s showing” and “let me tell you” and couldn’t see the forest for the trees. I said I think we’re both right but he kept telling me his side. Never tried to empathize or listen to what I was saying. All I was asking for was the discount, no big deal. He was snippy, frustrated and unhelpful. I finally asked him if he could apply the discount or not. That’s all I needed. I didn’t need to keep going through the story. He finally did and gave me a blessed day and started to tell me what a nice person I was. I wouldn’t mind if he couldn’t do it but just say it. Don’t try and question my integrity of what I did a drive thru window. If it was a training opportunity, it would be how to make someone feel small, disenchant a customer. I hate that he’s feeling he’s been treated poorly bc he was asked to do some work and help a customer. He doesn’t understand that he could have been accommodating, see that we could both be right and there’s a technical issue. Sometimes it’s easier to be snarky and argue with someone than just show up for someone.
Darrell , you have a blessed day! ☀️

I frequently drive farther from home to enjoy good hot food and great courteous service. The staff appear neat clean and are friendly regardless of how busy they may be.I notice how they put tops on drinks, use utensils to get fresh lemons for my tea and remember to say “thank you”.O yesterday

The McDonalds off Epps Mill Road isn’t a good place to go to anymore. I’m always missing items and half the time the drive thru is closed. Older people thst have to go in and use the Kiosk to order don’t get any help. From what I can tell they never have enough help there. I’d rather drive to the McDonalds in town than have a bad experience everytime I go there.

Went through the drive thru, actually impressed with the quality of the food. Service was a little slow but we had a large order.

If I could give zero stars I would, literally in about 3-4 times a week buying a happy meal for my son. Bought the big meal said they were out of toys for it but I couldn’t exchange it for a happy meal toy or buy it by itself. The employees and managers in the afternoon are rude, food is always cold or wrong. As much money I’ve spent I will not be back at this location. Will have to find a new McDonalds to get happy meals that my son loves woth maybe more polite customer service to go with it.!!

The key to most any business is consistency. Putting out a product that customers can depend on being the same each time….Too many places nowadays just don’t care about that. It should be unacceptable for people to be expected to toss a coin on whether or not what they’re paying for is going to be worth their hard earned money…. Today, it was not. A breakfast burrito is supposed to have cheese, right? And sausage? Not just a tortilla wrapped around a tiny portion of egg. Very disappointing.

This McDonald’s is closest to my house, so I visit it the most. I’ve found the food is fresher than other arra stores.
