My husband just went through the drive-through and ordered our son a six piece chicken nugget happy meal. When he got home with it our son opened it and to find that there was only two chicken nuggets in the box. I tried calling the number on the receipt just kept leaving me on hold a then tried calling and the number that is on Google for this location. The number doesn’t work, This is the worst McDonald’s location we have ever been to. We will never return. And I highly suggest you do the same. If I could rate this a zero star, I would. And side note they were not busy at all.

You might want to check your fries before you leave this location. Ive been to this twice and both times my fries was only half full, looking like they switched a happymeal fry out with my combo.. If im willing to pay the high prices of a big mack meal today, at less give me what I pay for. Thats only fair.

This place has the most rude employees! I made a very small order for my wife and I. We were the only customers in the dining room. We waited 25 minutes and never heard anything from the front counter.
I walked up to ask about our order. The employees that brings the orders out made eye contact with me twice, ignored all my calls for help and pretended I was not there.
When I told her I had been waiting at the counter to speak with her for 10 minutes she said she did not see me. I informed here that we saw each other twice and I had been calling back there for help, she still tried to deny it. So I told her that she did see me, and that its not OK for her to treat me that way.
I hope the owner and manager read these reviews. This kind of behavior from your employees is why your store has a sad three star rating. You need to make a big change in the way your staff conduct themselves.

Be wary of ordering breakfast through their mobile app. This location stops serving breakfast at 10:30, I placed an order online at 10:21. I selected the drive thru option for pick up and arrived at 10:25. I waited in the drive thru and was skipped by multiple cars, and when I pulled up to the window, I was told that because I arrived after 10:30, that I had to cancel my order. I didn’t get my breakfast because the person running the drive thru messed up? Not cool. Very disappointed with this location.

I like McDonald’s. I know there’s a certain expectation when you visit one. Go to enough decent ones and it’s quick to see what’s below par. This franchise is one of those. First turn off was the lack of receipt paper at both self-serve kiosks. Second was dirty tables. Third was a messy beverage area. Fourth, my aunt didn’t like the bathroom. Fifth, my burger wasn’t wrapped properly. I made it verbally known the kiosks were out of paper and nothing was done immediately about it. Because they were calling out receipt numbers of receipts that never came out of the kiosks. ♂️ A regional manager should look into this franchise.

Wow! What a happy service I experienced today! These ladies were KILLING it today! I ordered 28 happy meals with drinks plus some other meals and they made every single one with a smile and good attitude! Everything was EXACTLY right. They even gave us a plethora of napkins and ketchup! Which is usually forgotten especially in such a big order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! So happy I chose this McDonalds! Thank you for helping me give my staff a happy surprise on a Friday. I will be a returning customer to this location! ☺️

Ordered at the screen. Stood at the desk waiting to get the restroom unlocked. Staff kept looking at me waiting there, then turning their backs on me. I was making eye contact and so they certainly knew i wanted to talk to someone. Finally had to block a staff member’s exit from the kitchen to ask them to unlock the door. She gave me an impatient stare then pressed the button to unlock the door. I did get a smile from the lady who eventually delivered my food and she cleaned the table without being asked- so thank you to her.

Sometimes they’re friendly and sometimes it feels like they hate life. They dump the sweet Tea way too early. If you close at 1 am, why are you dumping the tea at midnight? Yall can’t wait till 12:30?

Sometimes they close at 1 am, sometimes they close at midnight, the manager tries to do everything she can to keep from giving refunds when they don’t have what you ordered online. Stop accepting online orders ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ I don’t want a pie or a cookie when I ordered a tea. Yall gone lose business.

Ain’t no McDonald’s what it was. It’s seems to be getting worse. These fries ain’t it. I always get a extra basket of fries, not any more. This was a medium fries in the basket. The Burgers were dry.
