While the McDonald’s on Cumberland has much better quality of food than the Main St. location, the service and evening shift management is extremely poor. Their attitudes are the worst and they definitely don’t understand how to analyze sales data, inventory levels, supplier lead times to predict demand. No matter what you order, they always “ask you to pull up.” Which I typically don’t mind waiting for freshly made food. However, to wait in line 15 minutes before your order is taken, then get pulled up, only to have a problem with your order is completely unacceptable. I ordered a double quarter pounder, get home and only have eighth of a quarter pounder. They are a chronic disappointment.

Everything about this McDonalds is really nice and it would be 10x better if they got rid of the girl at the second window with black hair and piercings all on her face and where’s the same two jackets everyday either red or black .. she constantly has a attitude everyday I go and I much rather see the Latino lady then her because she ruins the whole experience.. acting like she rather be dead the hand somebody a bag and drink oh and you want ketchup “ugh” that’s a out of her pay grade it seems . Customer service is what keeps a business and customers happy and she definitely didn’t get that memo

My husband Waited 42 minutes for my food had to go inside and he asked the people why it’s taking so long to get my food and they just shrugged and didn’t answer him so he went through drive-through again and finally got my food!

Ordered through the app and picked up through the drive thru. After getting home realized half my order was wrong. Contacted the restaurant and they refused to refund or allow me to send photos of the wrong order for proof and instead wanted me to drive back 30+ minutes to get a refund over a mistake THEY made. I normally would let something like this go as people make mistakes and these are first world problems, however I didn’t appreciate being spoken to as if I was in the wrong. If your restaurant made the mistake and I can provide solid proof then I shouldn’t be the one responsible to fix your mistake. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

They’re efficient and very busy too. Compared to most other McDonald’s, incomparable better. How they remain friendly and nice is amazing, people think fast food means instantaneous, these young people work so hard, with a smile too. It’s always busy, but rarely any wait. It’s a well managed operation.

Awful service. We paid at the window and they immediately told us to go to spot 6 and wait for our food. They didn’t hand us our drinks or anything, just told us to go to spot 6. We waited over 30 minutes and people that were behind you were getting there food before us… all we ordered was two kids meals and a Diet Coke. Staff seem very unorganized. Manager on duty was nice and did give us a full refund and our food. Won’t be returning.

I used the men’s room and noticed that the walls had boogers smeared every where. Walls, ceiling, by the sink . The place must not have been cleaned. I asked to speak to a manager. A man came out and I explained the situation, then he said he had to get the manager. I said I thought you were the manager, he said no he was the assistant manager and he would get her. I waited several minutes at the counter and no one else came, so we left. Pictures are attached, not for people with weak stomachs.

Went there to get a happy meal for my daughter. The girl at the window handed me the kids drink that was completely soaked with soda on the outside. To beat it all the cup was only half full. Then she had an attitude when I asked for a napkin to wipe up the mess on the cup.

I am so tired of this location. Yesterday I paid for a large fry, had to walk back in and complain that it wasn’t even full & I should get wait I pay for. I know you guys owe multiple locations in the Middle TN & this is BY FAR the worst one.
You get no apology from the manager when you bring up concerns IN FRONT of them. I know it’s McDonald’s, but the workers have the worst attitude and do not care about the customers what so ever. If you’re doing Curbside, expect to wait for your order while the WHOLE drive thru gets taken care of first. THEN you’ll have to walk in and get your own food while it just sat there the whole time as they’re taking care of other customers even though the drive thru was empty when you placed your order.
