Not sure why this McDonald’s has a low rating. It’s a clean restaurant and the service has always been good. As for the food, it’s McDonald’s, which is pretty much the same everywhere. I come here periodically for my fix.

Very clean, bathrooms clean, nice, & very big, & they have a nice big restaurant for inside dine in. They are still one of the few McDonald’s that has a play center for kids & its built indoor so they’re in the air conditioning & it’s a very big play center, & it’s very nice & clean & been taken really good care of. Their employees do a great job cleaning. I’ve never ate their but once & it was decent can’t complain & got food at a fast timing like expected.

Three times I have ordered from this particular McDonald’s in my town, and during those three times they keep putting cheese on a sandwich that I have clearly requested not to have cheese on it because I am allergic to American cheese. Then when I tried to call their business establishment. They hung up on me seven times. This was after rush hour mind you.

I’m concerned when a worker complains about a customer saying a friendly hello to a service worker that she knows. I do believe it to be rude if I don’t say hello. I’ve gone there 3 times over the last 3 yrs great food but uncomfortable service. Maria on the outside is frustrating regarding attention and love. She worked at dollar general market and she had no problem with me coming there (to my knowledge). The workers are very rude and unkind, the young man who served us our order told us to pull off and wait and we sat there for 20 minutes before receiving our food, and when we did get it there were numerous things missing. we asked him for these things and he went back in for another 5-10 minutes and came back with things STILL missing. He went back for a third time and was very rude, rolling his eyes and scoffing when we asked for the remaining missing pieces. he came back the third time with the remaining things as well as an entire bag of sauces filled to the brim just to be a smarta$$ i am assuming. the food was good but the service was very poor, was very disappointing.

I just went through at 1230 am on Sat may 20th and I think I had the best (2) burgers ever. I was a pain and asked for one to be made like a big Mac, and the other was to be made normal. They both were PERFECT and not sloppy as they normally are (at any mcd’s). The cashier/drive through girl was phenomenal and the cooks were phenomenal as well!

When my kids were little they love Mickey D’s and so does my nieces and my nephews when we have here and loving it it’s very clean and that’s why I love it so much I love a clean place where you go in you sit down and you eat with your family and friends and kids and you can’t even have birthday party there and it’s awesome and it’s clean and sanitize really well especially the one over there on South Cumberland and Lebanon Tennessee

I need fast food operators to understand that it is easy to set up shop when you have money and it is easy to sell what people need BUT it takes something else and much more to STAY in business. I requested NO pickles and NO tomatoes on the kids sandwiches and repeated it several times and half way down i40, the kids are upset because instructions were NOT followed. It feels like EVERYTIME I go to a McDonald’s these days we have an issue! WHY??? Collecting money for services NOT rendered is illegal AND downright WRONG!
