Food was good, but the playplace was “broken” so my kid couldn’t play. It was the only reason we picked this McDonalds over another location. Disappointing to say the least. The playplace was as broken as the typical mcdonalds ice cream machine, i e. “We don’t want to clean it”.

I went through the line yesterday . The lady on the intercom was very quick and lacked customer service . I then got to the window to receive my items and that lady was also rude and lacked customer service . She didn’t speak at all nor said “hello “ or anything . She just handed us our items and shut the window back , with an ugly smirk, as if she was prejudice, which I wouldn’t be surprised if she was , after all it’s Joelton TN.
Please take these two ladies off the front line . They make your company look bad ! They are better off flipping burgers in the back ! Very unpleasant experience . If you don’t like your job apply someplace else.

Joelton TN is basically a crossroads town and this McDonald’s is handily located near the major highways. I did drive thru. Minorly annoyed I had to repeat my order seemingly because whomever inside was multitasking. Pulling up to the window to pay I actually wasn’t sure I was in the right place. I could see a worker but wasn’t acknowledged for a long period. Just as I was getting ready to pull up to the front window, the worker snapped her window open and I paid. At the final window I asked to verify if my drink was the one I ordered (the one thing likely to be messed up is the beverage) and the worker gave me a face that said ‘geez, I’m not sure’ but a mouth that said, “Uhm, sure. Yeah.” 0% confidence she knew what she was handing me. It’s just a fast food restaurant but still I expect a little attention and a little courtesy from staff. I felt like an inconvenient distraction. They weren’t that busy. It wasn’t shift change. Why the hell can’t somebody make eye contact with a customer? The food was what I expected. The beverage was correct, BTW.

We pulled up to this restaurant – Google Maps says its open. Note on the door says it’s closed. What? But we see people in the drive up. Now we are confused. There is a worker trying to get into the door. He finally tells us that they don’t have enough workers that they have to keep their lobby closed. BUT…he does not tell us the drive up is open. We weren’t sure if they were there trying to get waited on or were actually getting waited on.
I don’t understand how the lobby being open would make it worse. Either we wait there for food or we wait in the drive-up for food. Better signs stating what is open. We needed to use the restroom.
What we ordered was fine and as usual for what we expect. Service at the drive up was nice but overall service not welcoming to the restaurant so those are low marks today.

Ordered our food for inside dine in due to traveling and we were refused service for inside sit down at 9:20 pm due to staff having lobby blocked off. We would have been more understanding if the staff inside hadn’t just been sitting around talking and being on there phones.

Quiet at 2pm, had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for what we were told were fresh fries only to get warm fries. Burgers were on the tray being cold while waiting for fries instead of keeping them in warmer. For $38 worth of food. Just poor quality of food.

Definitely better than the Ashland store by 100 I love the crew the works the morning shifts they bring in a lot of positive vibes ☺️ they have a inside fountain drink in the lobby a lot of stores are taking it down when it gives McDonald’s the original restaurant feeling not feeling like a boring place to be and guessss whatttt they still have a indoor playground that my son adores which 90 percent of McDonald’s I don’t see anymore with any play place which is difficult when your a parent and want your kids to enjoy instead of waiting in a boring environment I give 10/10 to this restaurant and location my order is always fresh and the quality always makes me come back to see my favorite employees that work here

This McDonald’s is ridiculous, they are open according to website at 5am. Let me tell you they open when they feel like it! I arrived yesterday morning October 2nd at 5:20 am for coffee and was served. However I get there today oct 3rd at 5:22am and they said they are closed but, had people inside eating. The manager said they open at 5:30 get some new managers and new staff in this place absolutely ridiculous! No wonder this rating is so low! Poor management

This is like every restaurant I been to they got their up days and bad days but this McDonald’s is by far the cleanest out of the ones I previously visited and if anything is a issue just ask a crew and they’ll fix it with a positive attitude I come every after after picking up my kids from school to get them a quick snack
