I did an online order for my breakfast and right off the start when I entered the store the my number I was given from the app didn’t match the grill order number so there was a confusion on the pick-up and they didn’t hand over my order. After showing them the email and app confirmation they then handed over a messy sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and an equally sloppy Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle. The food was warm though, not enough to properly melt the over processed cheese, but tasted decent for a cheap, fast breakfast.

Speedy service and friendly staff. The countertop in the bathroom was a little dirty and the thermostat was set extremely low so it was very cold inside. Had not been for those two things I would have given a five star rating. Thank you very much.

Better than the average McDonald’s. Which is a really good compliment as there are many mcd’s out there that I would just drive past. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, and speedy order to table time. Fountain drink bar and charging stations.

I went to pick up an Uber eats order and they said someone had already picked it up. But they didn’t confirm the order so the driver stole it. Which left me high and dry and the customer without food. So when I spoke to the manager he said it wasn’t their responsibility to confirm the orders. So they just give the orders to anyone that sees the number clearly displayed on the bag? Cool. Very messed up. If you sign up for a service, do it correctly. Youre not only screwing drivers you’re screwing with your customers. District needs to look into this and come down on the manager. He refused to remake the order as well.

Ordered a coffee in the drive through. They had me pull into a waiting spot and never brought my food out. Waited 10 minutes and had to go in to retrieve it. Coffee was good, but they’d forgotten about me. If you want “fast” food, go somewhere else.

McDonald’s needs to just close up and be done. This is ridiculous. From store to store literally nothing but issues every time I go-and it’s not that often. From their drive-through speakers not working properly to literally not getting the second piece of meat on my big Mac. Are you kidding me? Keep raising your prices McDonald’s because nobody’s going to be eating there much longer. What a pathetic chain that used to be the standard. Thank the burger gods it no longer is.
