Customer service is sad. I walked in ordered a simple 5.00 dollar McChicken meal. The guy tried to upcharge me a large drink which I didn’t ask for then, tells me the drink machine is down and offers me a lemonade and upcharged me for that too. They have the problem and makes me pay for it. I asked for the manager and he says he can’t change the prices. We all know that’s a lie. I used to go here at least 3 or 4 times a week but after the extremely poor customer service I got today I will be giving my money to Hardee’s instead of Gray’s McDonald’s in Fairview Tn.

I pick up from here often to deliver. I’m never greeted at the door. They don’t prioritize front counter orders and I normally have to wait 10 minutes regardless of how busy they are. By far the longest wait times for restaurants in the area and it’s McDonald’s…. They should stop taking delivery’s for uber eats and door dash. Foods good when I eat there but I shouldn’t feel like I’m a burden on them and management need to smile a little more often

Gave the girl a 10 for an order of 2.69 and she gave me change for a 5. I may be old but not stupid I gave her a 10 but since she did not leave the money on the register until my order was complete. I had no way to prove it even though I ask her to look again. Enjoy the 6 dollars and some change kiddo you’ll not get anymore of my money!

It’s gotten to where they are rushing trying to get their drive thru time down, so they are pulling everyone forward… They end up leaving something out of every bag we order. And the app doesn’t even let you report it. So it’s basically just stealing $.

Service at this location SUCKS!! I was there on Thursday, August 28th. It was around 930-940 area. I walked in, waited and waited. Even raised my voice and spoke to let them know I needed to pick up an order. I looked at my time after standing there. 7 minutes later, still no response. There were 4 people up front. One girl kept looking over at me while she was stocking cups I believe. Her lashes were so long I’m surprised she could see. They were pretty but her attitude changed that. There was a guy on what I’m guessing is the drive thru screen at the wall behind the counter. I could tell the customer in drive thru was getting on his nerves. Another guy come up and was asking the girl what to get done before he left. She acted like it was a sin to communicate with him. Then there was someone popping back and forth at the drive thru window.
Still during all this time, I should have been acknowledged then for me to raise my voice stating I needed to pick up the delivery order and still being ignored, that’s absurd!! I wish there were a way to give 0 stars to review.
I hated to for my customer, but I had to let the app unassign me because this restaurant does not have their crap together or they let incompetent people run it!
You WONT have me back as a service provider or customer! There are several others who feel the same.
I’m not about failure, but this particular location either needs a clean out of who operates it or a complete shut down!
