McDonald’s isn’t usually my go-to but it was the only fast option in a tiny town so we gave it a chance. I also never order fish sandwiches but decided to try one this time. Freaking amazing!!! Drive thru was super fast and efficient. Fish sandwich somehow tasted super fresh, the buns were perfect and fluffy and everything was hot and perfectly crispy. I wish I could give you 10 stars — y’all did amazing!!

The McDonald’s in Dover TN is my favorite. I stop every time I come through town bc it’s always been hot and fresh. I’ve always gotten great customer service. Lily helped me the other night at the window and she was a very pleasant worker. These days it’s hard to find a fast food restaurant without attitude, but she was super friendly. The food was so fresh my husband had me go back and get him more.

When at the menu staff is repeatedly so distracted they repeat back information wrong. When you clarify details the order is still wrong. I would strongly encourage as you pick up your food ask the person handing it to you of items are present such a condiments requested and straws that should honestly be in the bag without reminding them.
