Some of the food here is normally good, but the fries at this location are normally very greasy and not good. Most of the items I’ve got from here are consistent, except the burgers! It can be great one time and awful the next. Years ago, an employee was sick and contaminated the food causing the person I was with to get sick. It has seemed better in more recent years as far as not hearing employees talk about being sick and spreading it to customers like that time, though.

This place sucks literally!!!! I can’t never get my food, there’s always an issue and when I do get it’s cold or nuggets too done!! The one girl is super rude everytime I go and always give me an issue! Oh and why are yall open at 4 am if everytime I go you say you can’t serve breakfast because of whatever issue it is at that time? What’s the point of being there if you’re not serving breakfast? And if you even try to call them to complain or anything you can’t get through because they take the phone off the hook! Horrible! Do not recommend!

Placed my order at 8:02am. I ordered 1 steak and egg muffin. At 8:27 I received my order and it was the wrong thing
Came back 5 days later. Ordered the same thing, and it took 20 minutes for the people on the kitchen to get their act together long to get my food out. I checked my order this time before leaving and to my lack of surprise, it was the wrong order again.

Food is old and you will always be waiting upwards to 20 – 30 mins for something that is room temp at best. This place is more expensive than other McDonalds and twice the wait. Writing this while waiting for one happy meal for about 25 mins in curbside and still waiting.

Worst fast food place I have ever been to. We were having a family shopping night & stopped for a drink & snack, waited in the drive through for a while. Went to order told them we had 2 different orders & told us to go ahead with our first. We ordered & we said that’s it for the First, then the lady told us to go ahead with our 2nd started ordering & she was taking the other lanes order. She clicked back to us after 2 different cars orders was taken & said pull up. We said did you get our 2nd order & she said you will have to go around again for a second order. Help me understand. This is ridiculous especially after we waited a while.

This mcdonalds is always very clean, which is surprising in some fast food chains. They have two drive thrus which makes it more fast and efficient. They accept mobile orders at the drive thru. The customer service is very good!

Food is always old, everybody can tell when something’s been sitting there forever , The only time I get fresh food is if I go after 11 o’clock at night. There is this one new gentleman that works And runs the night crew he knows what he’s doing, I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for eight years and the last two years has been terrible, Almost always the order is never right, If you ask for extra sauce at the speaker, go ahead and know you’re gonna have to ask again At the window, you will always have to check your bags Because they still probably forgot the sauce again, I wish just one time I would get hot fries just once but I know that will never happen unless I go after 11 o’clock at night. We the people in Dickson do not mind long lines as long as the food is fresh. Everybody works hard for the money they spend and when we’re spending our money on food, all we ask is that it’s somewhat fresh but this is 30 minutes plus old and there’s no way you can convince me otherwise. Everybody there is super nice and I’ve never had a problem with that but I don’t go there for nice people, I go there to Get something to eat. Something really has to start changing here, this is not one bad experience and now I’m reviewing…….. this is every single time.

I haven’t ordered breakfast here in over 6mths because of how poor the morning service is. I was the first car in line with a mobile order. It took over 20 mins and made me late to work. Once again ordered this morning and now I er 15mins in the drive thru and gonna be late to work again. I’m done with this place. Ridiculous, you know it’s gonna be busy at 6-7am.
