The nice employee dax said they where a little busy but still took my order politely and personally kept me updated on what was going on well doing a bunch of other stuff from the looks of it. I got my food quickly and it was all fresh and hot. Great communication, great swift service, loved how well the employee was still so helpful well they were clearly so busy.

Had me in line for 20 minutes just so that when I got my food finally, my sandwhich was stale and warm at best. When I called to make a complaint I spoke to Ryan and he was the only nice person there, asked for my name and said for me to come through the drive through and tell them what happened and ask for my food to be remade when I’m ready to come back. 5 days later I came back through the drive through and did exactly as he told me. The person at the speaker told me just to come to the window and explain it. I waiting in line and when I came to the window I was met with attitude, the lady wasn’t expecting me to be at the window with the situation so she told me I had to come inside. I asked her why I have to come in and that I didn’t want to bc I have already waited my time in line, she gave me eye rolls and more attitude and demanded I come inside or they couldn’t help me. So I parked and went inside. I was met with a third person that had no clue why I was there so I was met yet again with more attitude, she said they only had one manager in and that the manager was in the middle of an interview so that I’d have to wait atleast 10 minutes until I could even talk to a manager let alone who knows if or when they’d remake my food. Why they didn’t reschedule the interview if only one manager was in idk but very unprofessional. I was then very clearly agitated and i had let her know I’d just come back another day. She then gave me the death stare, rolled her eyes then said “OKAY, BYE!” As if I had done anything. That place is a mess. Don’t bother coming here unless you want bad food, bad service and bad energy.

TLDR: Go somewhere else, this place will disappoint you and the workers are awful with no care in the world. Save your money or go to Oak Grove, it’s way better; I promise.
Let me tell you, I used to go to this McDonalds as it was my go to for fries and a Coke/Dr. Pepper, with an occasional morning breakfast run with the family. Lately it has missed all the marks. The customer service has dropped so drastically that minimal interaction with the workers is best, they have no respect and don’t care if you are waiting to make an order, or just asking for a napkin. They are getting paid either way so it doesn’t matter. The food is atrocious. The Dr. Pepper is either straight syrup or only carbonated water, I have been three times and either the drink is incorrect or tastes so bad you just want to throw it out. The final straw was the morning breakfast with the family. Pancakes were hard and could snap if you bent them, everything just tastes as if it was sitting there to 24 hours before they sent it.

If I could give less then one stars I would. The young lady at the cash register was polite and professional and caring. The other employees made excuses and neglected to say they only care about their drive thru times which from being a former employee am well aware that drive thru times directly correlate to salary paid managers bonuses

I just left here and had a terrible experience. My food was cold, burgers with everything on them had only meat and cheese, and the soft drinks were water. I do not blame the young people working there because what they truly lack is leadership at this specific location. You can’t tell me that a manager doesn’t see what’s going on but still allows this to happen. You can not tell me that a manager doesn’t see these reviews but refuses to make changes. Well… not a good manager anyway. A good manager would instruct their employees to clean their uniforms, wear hair nets, not use slang when taking orders, pay attention to make sure orders are correct and at the very least have manners. For anyone reading this, save your money or go some place else. Don’t believe me? Read a few more reviews.

Absolutely love it here. They have Absolutely amazing food and everything comes out tasting great! I like that the place is just a little bit dim to give it nice atmosphere.
The staff are always super friendly and professional and I highly recommend coming here for any meal for any occasion.

My son is autistic, and he loves the Big Mac but he only wants ketchup on it and they always get it wrong!!! I always have to take onions or some cheese!! I don’t complain because all they do is wipe it off and hand the same sandwich back to me so I just do it myself. We love McDonald’s just wish they pay better attention to special orders.

Okay just to start, I nearly got ran over because there was like 20 cars in the parking lot. Which shows the workers aren’t doing their job good enough and fast enough.
Secondly, their ENTIRE soda machine is GONE. It’s 10 in the morning and I’m supposed to eat with a dry mouth??? Then, we ordered our food and about 10 minutes went by. I’ve been here since 10:10 am. It’s 10:50 now. I JUST got my food. This is absolutely ridiculous especially because all I ordered was breakfast burritos. No drinks, nothing else. Just breakfast burritos.
There were also like 17 uber eats orders who got their food before us. There was nobody here when I got here. There’s about 6 kids running around screaming and crying, and it’s really hot in here.
Now for the finale of this review;
My breakfast burritos. The 40 minute wait has came to an end and I got my breakfast burritos. They were EXTREMELY stale, like, they were so hard they could break a rock. I tried to ignore it. I took a bite, and there it was. Old, dry, crusty insides of my burrito. I had to spit it out because it literally tasted dusty. ALL of my burritos looked, felt, and tasted reheated as if like they’ve been sitting out for a whole week.
We also ordered hash-browns afterwards but “they didn’t have any.” I can see people IN HERE, eating HASH-BROWNS.
My grandfather is in a wheelchair and it was an extreme pain to open the door for him and push him in there at the same time because there wasn’t a handicap button to open the door. This is not handicap accessible, and it is ableist. He is a disabled veteran, and I had seen workers staring at us while we struggled and did nothing.
I am never coming to this location again. This is absolutely disgusting, disappointing, and unprofessional.

Worked for McDonald’s before so I know what came on my cheeseburgers was unacceptable. Barely any onions no pickles. I asked for light condiments and to add lettuce and that was a pipe dream. It’s not hard to work here. The only good thing I can say is it was fresh. Thankfully my mom’s food was right. We live right down the street. It shouldn’t be a bad experience every time we go

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They gave us cold hash browns and I asked them hey can I get two fresh hash browns cuz these are cold dude took them out of my hand in the Drive-Thru window went and put them back in the grease and then brought them back out to me.
