Visiting from out of town and I’ve tried this location three times. It has not mattered if there are no cars (first time), two cars (second time) or five cars (third time), expect to wait five minutes before they even take your order. They screwed my order up the second time. I placed an order in the app the third time to try and speed things up. I and the driver in front of me gave up after 5 minutes of no one responding from the drive thru speaker. Good luck with this one folks.

Some call the health department! It takes a lifetime to get your food like literally have spent 30 sometimes 40 as low as 20 minutes waiting on like a single McChicken and a fry. The Stafford generally rude and horrible with their customer service. The restaurant bathrooms are always dirty and the toilet seats covered in urine. And I’ve seen a multitude of times of employees not washing their hands. This has to be the slowest McDonald’s in the entirety of America. For them being so slow you would think they could at least get your order right but no they generally get your order wrong. The staff here are lazy and neglectful of what they’re supposed to be doing considering they’re getting paid. Why was the independent franchisee of this McDonald’s I’d be horribly embarrassed. This restaurant is so dirty and disgusting all of the time and then one point there was blood in the fries. Might call the health department seems like it might be necessary for this joint.

My husband and I stopped on Saturday night to grab a bite on the way home. Ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal, large drink, medium fry, mcchicken and a large 10 piece nugget meal. The nuggets tasted old, the fries were overcooked. They were advertising 2 different happy meal toys both the Disney anniversary toys and pokemon cards. I got neither. I got a toy from a promotion that ended in the summer. The employee that took our order was very nice but another employee kept yelling for her to hurry up and work on drive thru orders. Had to ask for napkins because they didn’t give us any, had to ask for salt and ketchup twice, never got ketchup. Not sure how this place is still open it’s absolutely horrible. Every table but 2 were filthy, employees were wearing very dirty clothes. On a side note we we’re the only customers there and only saw 2 in the drive thru.

It’s amazing that only half of my food was cold. One employee was doing everything and the others were all yelling at each other to do things. They were not busy, so it was unpleasant that the staff were having a meltdown in the kitchen area. It’s a 24 location and that’s why I stopped there at about 6am. I would skip this one in the future while traveling on I-24. Just to be fair, cleanliness was good

The employee who handled the french fries picked her nose before putting them in the bag. It was DISGUSTING. It was so shocking, but I didn’t take pictures of the evidence and I didn’t have time to argue about it, so I just left without saying anything, but she was so rude and the store wasn’t clean.

The workers are EXTREMELY hostile and lack customer service skills. When given not even half of the portion of what was ordered the little girl wanted to get ugly. I asked for it to be remade to what I PAID for. I was asked to pull up to the third window waited for about 10 mins and was returned with the same exact order that was sent back! Management should be held accountable asap, and I will be needing a refund.

My order took 10 minutes to receive,and they weren’t even busy. the fries were almost cold plus they short changed my order. I did finally got everything. Atleast I was smart enough not to use the drive thru.

With pickle / ketchup / muster and extra onions.
Received 3 with less than “normal” onion amount. No ketchup mustard on 2 and no pickles on all 3. Ketchup and mustard amount was practically non existent.
Called and manager on duty said they are having issues with the boy on the line and can’t do anything about it. Probably should not have him making food if you have “issues” with him. I would have to call back in the AM to get a refund or to have the issue resolved.

This location is definitely the worst and nastiest McDonald’s I have been to. Some of the staffs clothes are so dirty you would wonder when’s the last time they washed them. Walked in and was sliding on the oily filthy floor, the kitchen is a site to see you wouldn’t believe my description of how bad it was unless I took pictures. Everytime I come here I always have a problem. I decided not to come here anymore regardless of how bad my kids love the fries.
