We brought our son to play in the kids play area. This is how the play area was. My husband asked a worker if there was anyone responsible for the area. The worker said she didn’t know who was responsible for the area. No one came before leaving my husband asked for the manager and he told him what happened. The manager said he was having coming in to clean it. We have no clue how long the area was dirty.

I noticed cars in front of me were given half full drinks. When I got mine it wasn’t even close to the top, and given it was already a super tiny cup I politely asked the lady at the drive thru if she wouldn’t mind topping it off. She said “no, the machine does it”.
What the heck?
I mean I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but I would at least expect drinks to be given full.

Terrible.
These people were very rude to my mom.
They were not listening to her when she said she wanted my dad’s sandwich to be a deluxe. She was trying to make sure that it was right, but the lady somehow was like, “So you don’t want it?” No, my mom explained more than 5 times that she wanted the sandwich to be a deluxe.
Then finally when we pulled up to the second window to get our food, mom wanted to double make sure that my dad’s sandwich was a deluxe. For whatever reason they thought that we had a problem with our order, except the only issue was that we didn’t get it yet and when they finally while waiting sometime after the interaction when they started bagging our food they left my little sister’s sundae just sitting on the table. My mom had to ask these people to hand us the sundae, and they just looked at her like she was crazy and proceeded to talk badly about her saying things like she’s rude and entitled when in fact they were the ones being rude.
Once we got everything, my mom asked for a straw and once the lady handed it to us, she slammed the window shut.
Unfortunate no, I do not have their names, conveniently they either weren’t wearing them, or had them covered up. If I did, though I would definitely be calling tjem out for sure.
I do not appreciate the way they treated my mother and if I could leave a 0-star review I would.
Not to mention, the lady that took our order wasn’t even listening to us in the first place, she just kept on interrupting and sounding like she was rushing us.
Overall, the service was terrible and we will not be going back for a while until these people can get it together.

Great service and fast. But only 2 stars from me because I ordered a McChicken sandwich for the first time in years. It was half the size and it did NOT taste like chicken. It tasted like bread, lettuce and mayo. It is twice the price and didn’t tast like chicken. I am never going to McDonald’s again. Huge disappointment for twice the price.

The guy at the first window was super nice! He was so friendly. Girl at the second window today was really rude though and gave us the wrong coffee, and got sassy when we tried to tell her she gave us the wrong coffee. We ended up just leaving with the wrong drink since she wouldn’t reopen the window.

Happy Birthday McDonalds! We came to celebrate your birthday and we are so thrilled we did!
Let me begin by saying in the past I always felt so sick after eating McDonald’s that I refused to eat it. That said – the food is so good now! The chicken nuggets were PERFECTLY crispy and clean white meat chicken – not greasy grimy soggy or rubbery. I am mind-blown by how the nugget has been perfected today.
Then- the option to order a basket of fries off the “shareables” menu was sufficient for 3 teenish children a small and adult. I love that even they tasted clean and crisp and not greasy. And you held back the salt and set those packets out! Yay!
The McChicken, as always did not disappoint but they did forget the cheese. I took it as a sign I didn’t need that because alas! It saved room for the Sundays! The Sundays soft-serve with M &M’s, Oreos, Carmel and fudge-I went for it. Then I did some art and played.
The inside is fantastic and updated beautifully!

This is the WORST McDonald’s there is. And the bar for McDonald’s is already pretty low. Every single time without fail, they screw up my order. I keep saying im never coming back but then I end up going, telling myself this time they have to get it right. Right?? I mean nobody gets it wrong Every time… well they do!!! I can order 4 things and they forget to put one of em in the bag. U can’t count to 4??? The elementary school kids across the street could do better. Training should be 8 straight hours of sesame street so they can learn to read and count.

Sweet lady behind the counter. Good McDonald’s food. Cool toys in the happy meals. Santa’s sleigh still out for the kids to play on. I heard this is the only McDonald’s in Clarksville with a climb/playland area!
