I’m not new McDonalds but this is impressive and not in a good way.
Moved down the road about 8 months ago and have been about a dozen times. I order the same thing almost every time (10pc nugget meal) is always messed up.
Today, as normal I ordered the 10pc nuggets with lg fries & lg soda. Today I received a medium fry and 13 nuggets. Fries are cold and undercooked to the point I think some are still frozen, nuggets are dry and not fresh.
This wasn’t about being busy for lunch. It was me a 1 other car in the drive through line. I pulled up and told the person my order, didn’t even wait. The gas station maybe had 5-6 cars and few people pumping gas.

This location sucks.. I’ve ordered through uber twice, due to not being able to get out n about. they have mess up my order both times! I’ve tried calling there is no way to contact them the phone rings once n hangs up!

My son wanted a six piece kids meal I only ordered a cheeseburger. It was delivered but the only thing in the kids meal was only fries. No meat. No milk. No toy. So now we both are hungry because I gave him my cheeseburger and that didn’t fill him up but the place does not answer calls and I’m sorry but my car broke down almost two weeks ago. So now we’re hungry and McDonald’s wont fix it because they don’t have a phone to call. I’d walk to make sure my son was satisfied. Now we’re both just hungry and it’s looks like I’m walking somewhere else!

I’ve been waiting twenty mins in stall 5 for a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. Also four cars beside me each slot full waiting. This has made me late once again never stopping at this location again. This is third time and each time wait over 15 mins for food.

Repeated the order twice. Got to the window was only charged for 1 milkshake when we asked for two initially. Asked to be charged for the other milkshake, was told to pull up and will deal with it later because they didn’t want the person behind of us ice cream to melt… pulled up and no one came to grab the card to charge for the milkshake. We waited For our food 20 minutes later AND WE STILL GOT THE WRONG FOOD $30+ wasted!!!! DO BETTER. I hope the district manager sees this because that was an awful experience. Friends don’t waste your money!

Drive thru and food was fine but one of the workers bagging the food was eating an apple pie in the kitchen with his gloves on while touching the food the customers were eating. The one worker also wasn’t wearing a face mask. (photo below was a picture I snapped of the apple pie in his hand.) I don’t like to post bad reviews of establishments but this is genuinely a health hazard.
