They literally never make the food right. A chicken sandwich isnt that hard. Fries are normally cold. Its not a fluke, its a behavior as I’ve eaten here almost a dozen times in the last month. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes at 1230pm for two chicken sandwiches, some fries, and a coffee all of it was cold. Funny i had ordered it just short of an hour in advance, which i normally do. Today, the fries were mildly warm, the chicken sandwich only had chicken and sauce and bacon on it. If you have an option, do not eat here. You will be disappointed every time. What an awful place. All they do is apologize, nothing is ever resolved or even improved. Inside is clean tho, ill give em that.

This place seems to not want to give their customers a full order of fries. Everytime I come here my fries are half full. Are you too worried about your profits not being high enough or your food cost being too high? Or both. Pathetic. Give people what they pay for, especially when it’s ridiculously over priced. Fast food isn’t cheap no more. So at least make it fast. Drive through or dine in, you’re going to wait. 20 minutes for a drive through order is nuts. I can see why the rating is poor at this location.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE
This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to and needs to be inspected. No way is it sanitary at all. On top of it all, you better be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes if you want fresh anything. The food is just so stale. If your food is actually out and ready quickly you better make sure it’s right or not old. The staff here are the worst part. Rude,no common sense or human decency. Time to hold this terrible company responsible for holding the McDonald’s name. I’ve already sent a letter to corporate so let’s hope they send someone out. Needs to be shutdown. Also don’t go here 2 hrs before it closes or nothing is fresh and they just want to close early and go home. Worst business I’ve ever been to. Wish it could be 0 stars. GET YOUR BUSINESS RIGHT. If you’ve made it this far, then please do this next time you go. Do not leave the drive thru and put your window up until they come back with your food smiling and that’s how you get them to take you seriously. They tell you to pull forward but you do not have to. Put your window up after you kindly say no thank you. I’m waiting here for my food. They will get it done fast and first.
Update: tried this McDonalds agagter a long day, get home and only have 1 side of the bun on my 1/4 lb burger… I’m done officially. This place is a disgrace and I wouldn’t trust the people making the food. eat at home or somewhere else. Don’t take the chance. Not worth.

You know what this place has that a lot of other McDonald’s locations don’t? A play place. I have no reason to use it, I just like that it’s there. Ronald, if you’re reading this – don’t ever get rid of it!
