Today we visited this McDonald’s. What I can say is that the restaurant was very dirty, especially in the kids’ area — the floor was extremely dirty. We also ordered a Big Mac. The Big Mac had only one beef patty instead of two, and it was clear that it wasn’t fresh. The lettuce was wilted and old. Because of this, we had to throw it away in the trash.

Last time I came here, my burger was burnt, missing ingredients which I had to ask for on the side.. Please train your workers and management clearly can be trained too. Idk what’s going on with McDonald’s but this is my second visit today, fries were cold and rubbery, tea was about a third of my cup the rest ice. I was waiting for a call about my first visit but I’m not sure what’s this location deal.

I usually go to this location but today was something else.. my fries tasted like a cigarette from a the girl coming in from her smoke break. She didn’t wash her hands after smoking then was scooping fries old cold stale cigarette fries yummy. They were friendly enough to help me get my caramel frappe after 30 minutes though

Last night around 1020p EST, the signage was out per usual, they had employees sitting in the lobby, nobody at the registers and about 6 -7 cars sitting for about 10-15mins and NOBODY came to take our order! Why have posted times and they don’t abide by them! Also, the night managers and cashiers are rude as hell, especially if you ask for fresh food! I’m not spending my money on cold food nor an attitude, fix that!

Beware and count your change! Folks are folding up money and short changing. I don’t know if it was intentional, I did ask considering my money was folded up and the big smile that was on her face when I addressed I was short changed, but it isn’t like someone would have admitted it even if it was intentional . One thing I do know is I have NEVER been given my change back folded up at any other place. Count your money!

Waiting for our food and not one person even said hello, a smile or offered to let us get our drinks while waiting for our meal. People were standing at the counter with workers standing around talking and no one offered to assist them. Including the manager. We got our.food and it was cold as if it sat in the warmer for hours. This establishment keeps going down hill. They lost my business

Management needs to immediately get this store together and their young employee staff!! I almost snatched this youngman up by his collar after waiting there patiently for my order and watching two other customers getting a bit irate with them for their Owe orders or refunds!! I asked the young man nicely for the manager after waiting over 20 minutes for my order in this store!! I was very lucky to have a friend there at the time this happened because this could’ve turned real ugly over a young teen kid being mouthy!! I’m glad they have these reviews to point out bad stores in this country! I will say this, kudos to the young lady that was very respectful and smiled even though she knew I was getting very upset waiting for my order. This young lady should be training this whole store in keeping a cool head under stress!!. Move this young lady to management immediately!!

We had an issue with the McDonald’s on hwy 80 ladonia. I called to address the issue & instead of trying to make things right the girl says oh OK sorry, bye. Totally unprofessional. I didn’t get the right sandwich & my boyfriend got burned up chicken fingers.
