Employees works lazy and work negative. Even wait long time and still give you wrong food. CHECK YOUR ORDER MAKE SURE EVERYTHING RIGHT before leaving, they always gives wrong food, specially when you have customized required or order non-fountain drinks like orange juice. And when time almost colse DON’T make order, cause they will delay you for a while and tell you you order too late. And Mc app hides the customer service button deep inside so don’t think you can call customer service quickly when you realize you got wrong food when drive away.

Everyone works slow dragging there feet and cares less for customers very slow mcdonalds waited over 45 minutes for no food ended up getting a refund no one knew where my order was and I wasn’t gonna wait another 45 minutes. Waisted time out my life. Check out other reviews of this place it’s disgusting. No napkins available and messy drink fountain. I rarely give 1 stars but this place diserves a 0.

The service was fine, it was the food that was almost unedible. The fish filet had a burnt taste and the cheese burgers were room temperature like they had been sitting out for a long while. The bread was hard and the meat was dry. I would not recommend this McDonalds.

We asked them to make sure all the McChickens had no mayo, and every single one came covered in it. They also gave me a burnt, dry, and honestly terrible quarter pounder. The service was awful, and the lady at the window was extremely rude and gave us a nasty look when we asked for honey. They even double-charged us for a 10-piece nugget, and to top it all off, they didn’t give us the sweet and sour sauce we asked for multiple times. I highly recommend you do not visit this McDonald’s, it was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I’ve had.

Needs to learn to take people’s orders and stop letting multiple employees go on break at same time.So they actually have someone around the front counter stood there, 25 minutes waiting for someone to take order. I enjoy visiting McDonald’s for their delicious Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a small premium roast coffee. It’s a delightful combo, and I often add a hash brown inside the McMuffin with ketchup for an extra kick. My only wish is that this store would stay open 24 hours, as I sometimes crave their breakfast menu late at night
Recently, I was thrilled to discover they had new Happy Meal toys. Excited, I rushed to the store with my friends and ordered four Happy Meals. However, to our disappointment, all four of us received the exact same character toy I had heard there were around 50 different characters to collect, so we expected some variety. It left us feeling a bit disheartened. Hopefully, they can improve the toy distribution for a more exciting Happy Meal experience in the future.
I revisited, but even after an hour, I still hadn’t received a menu. Despite repeatedly asking, no one brought it, which impacted my schedule. The staff didn’t seem coordinated, and with a large number of customers waiting, it was frustrating to see orders piling up with no cancellations. The experience was very disappointing

worst experience EVER. The lady at the window called us dumb and basically cussed us out because SHE couldn’t get our order right and then by the end of the argument we still didn’t have half of our items. mind you, we were very nice and were just asking kindly for the rest of our food that we ordered and paid for… pls do not go here

Nice modern clean place. Outdoor seating but no play area for kids. Staff was friendly and food was served hot and to my table. We ordered chicken biscuits and wow the chicken overlayed the biscuit by a lot.Ordered with tomatoes added and this is one that should have not been served. Would have been 5 star but prep cook failed on this one.Great job .

I’d give this zero stars if I could. After waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru, a manager came out waving her arms, screaming saying they are closed although the Google Maps says open 24 hours. They were so unprofessional and the black female manager told a customer to get back into his vehicle before he goes to jail. They clearly weren’t prepared for a rush but WOW.
