We’ll here’s my large fries! $4 each after taxes. This is just unacceptable. These businesses have gotten so used to ripping off the people who made them who they are. They’ve all grown to big and don’t care or respect their customers any longer. Time to start returning this crap back to them until they learn to do better. I made them take this food back and give a full refund.

Great service, fast and friendly
In and out of the line in less than 4 minutes I got 3 sandwiches and 4 hash browns, and everything was in the bag.
The bag had all my sauce and jelly, which is uncommon for McDonald’s where I’m from. I didn’t even have to ask for anything extra!
Hashbrowns were soggy but it’s 9:30 and there’s a big line… I’m not complaining

Store is not open 24/7. They close at 11pm. I made a mobile order at 10:10pm and showed up at 10:20pm and all the employees had already shut down the store. I didnt get my food and McDonald’s makes it impossible to get a refund. The employees dont want to work at all clearly and they are lazy. Fire the whole squad and get a new one.

The doors were locked even though it was 6:50 am. The signs say they’re open at 5. Made me stand outside and I couldn’t get my mobile order. No one said sorry but another employee arrived and someone finally opened the lobby door.

After waiting at the menu screen for 20 minutes I pulled around to see what the problem was. There was a man standing outside of his car angry with the woman at the window about not receiving his payed order. After the man drives off I pulled up to the window and she shut and locked it and told me they were closed. And there were at least five other cars behind me. So keep in mind this McDonald’s is off the charts for a good reputation!

I thought the location at Tigertown was terrible but this one may be just as bad, if not worse…. First we go to the drive thru, literally nobody says anything… My dad even says hello real loud a few times to see if anyone would say something, and still silence… So then we go ahead and tried to just go up to the window to order, only to be stopped because of the cars ahead of us, which also never moved whatsoever…. Finally I had to jump out of our truck and go in, to which we weren’t greeted at all. I go and use the kiosk to order my young nephew some food, but the stupid thing doesn’t give a receipt so i didnt know what our order number was… So I stand there waiting for literally anyone to turn around and help us, for what was probably 20 minutes. There were 5 others before me waiting as well… FINALLY one of the women working comes up to the register to help all of us. I come up and tell her our order and pay for it. Then we proceed to wait another 15-20 minutes for a simple 6 piece nugget happy meal…. This location, and many others in the area apparently, SERIOUSLY need some new management and employees.. just overhaul the entire store with new workers, for the love of Ronald McDonald.

Horrible and slow. Traveling and thought this would be a quick stop. Wrong. In drive thru for 20 minutes at the box. Was told to wait. I waited and finally 20 minutes later she took my order. No sense of urgency at all. Owner needs to replace all employees including the manager.

I was at the dining room door at 06:20am and it was locked. The hours were posted on the door that it was supposed to be open at 6am!!! I was told by the purple hair purple lipstick lady that I could go to burger king or waffle house!! I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN!! IF I COULD GIVE -10 STATRS I WOULD!!!

Terrible service and attitudes of the staff. Cluelessness of the staff. There was NO ice in the entire place. There was NO sweet tea in the entire place. You can really see how people just don’t give a crap anymore about customer service. Shame on you McDonald’s.

Went to get something to eat. Doors were locked! Was told I couldn’t get anything because there was only 2 people working? Sounds like no one was working if they were closed! Maybe they need to hire people who actually appreciate having a job I went over to taco bell and I’m glad I did. Their customer service was excellent! And as I’m sitting here at the truck stop eating, I’ve been watching customer after customer go inside and getting food? Guess they don’t like white truck drivers?
