Went to McDonald’s hungry, left McDonald’s in Greensboro not only hungry but upset. Food was cold. Charged for 2 apple pies only got one. Returned the fries to ask for fresh ones, was only given 2 ketchups and when my husband asked for more the cook I assume bc he was wearing gloves said “we usually charge but y’all straight” charge for ketchup I asked? He proceeded to give me only 2 more. Oh and the ice machine was broken hence the photo with hot drinks and no ice! They didn’t say that when we ordered otherwise we would’ve probably changed our minds. Filet o fish had Mayo instead of tarter which was slathered mostly on the inside of the box, very little was even on the sandwich.

The food was cold and nasty all of the drinks in the lobby was flat. The ice cream taste like it was old. When I told the employee about the drink machine being out they didn’t do anything about it all she said was okay. The way the employees talk to each other is disrespect. I have never been to a McDonald’s like this before it’s the worst.

The worker was rude and she had a attitude. All I ask for was Ice Cream in she told me that the ice cream machine was down. When I got to the window I was told that it was not down. The lady told me to go back around. I ordered a caramel sundae. But really they were out of caramel but how if y’all selling Caramel Frappe. But Whatever. She took my money and slam the window. Very Rude and Bad customer service!!!

Going here at night was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! lady on the mic was loud and rushing. Then we had wait for 30 minutes when we was the only ones there. They really need to stop putting teenagers on the night shift, because all they do is sit around and joke around. They obviously do not know what to do or how their job! Then come to find out they has us waiting for 40 minutes and we had to bag up to the window and then they tell us the grill is down!! Do not go there at night!!’ Awful Awful experience!!!

The service was terrible. She was extremely rude to us while we ordered and slammed our drinks down and pushed them at me as if I can carry 3 drinks being shoved at me. Asked for straws, she just rolled her eyes. Extremely RUDE. The food was terrible. Our drinks were so flat we couldn’t drink them.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AT MICKEY D’S!! DURING THE TIME LUNCH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES MORE AFTER I HAD ALREADY WAITED FOR 15 OR 20 MINUTES FOR THEM TO FINISH SERVING BREAKFAST. McDonalds in GREENSBORO, AL doesn’t deserve any rating at all!! I feel 1 star is being generous to say the least.

The only reason I gave it a one is because there was not a zero. This place should be shut down. I am diabetic and I ordered a sugar free coffee through the mobile app. When they came out 20 minutes later they didn’t know which one was sugar free my daughter attempted to follow the guy inside to find which one was sugar free and heard the other worker say they both got sugar just mark one sugar free and give it back to them. Had I drank that I could have possibly had a diabetic episode and possibly died. This is not the first careless incident here. We were unable to consume what we paid for so basically we were robbed by McDonald’s
