Went through the drive-thru twice and still got my order wrong.
I asked for scrambled eggs and onions on my bagel.
What’s the point of ringing my order up properly when whoever made it decided to do whatever they wanted to do.

It was okay. The girl did not take my full order. I said; a sosage buscit, 2 hashbrowns, and a medium coke. All she gave me was the buiscet 1 hashbrown. So I had to wate for the other hashbrown, and coke.

Charging 85 cents for an extra syrup is insane especially because if you order on the app it doesn’t charge you. After spending $30 on our order, a free syrup would’ve been nice. That’s crazy !

This place is RIDICULOUS….I asked for hot ,fresh food. I waited ,waited and waited …. Just to find wen I got home my cheese wasn’t even melted, I have NO RECEIPT….PAID CASH !!!! I called the store and this person said ” You can bring it back???!!! Oh really ….. I paid $18.62 for that slop …and even though I can cook at home…. I didn’t ,oh yea and mind u I live across the street. I got home in 62 secs….so it was never hot food. I’m done.

Quality till the end! Driving through Alabama, I arrived at 9:53 with a customized request, and they still served me with a smile. My order came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Excellent service and great attention to detail, even right before closing!

Used to be only decent McDonald’s in west Mobile but the fry’s are always refried lately and the applies cold and old which is only thing I eat from McDonald’s

I ordered a sausage biscuit and was extremely disappointed. The biscuit tasted old, like it had been sitting out since the day before. One bite was all it took—it went straight in the trash. On top of that, the customer service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed uninterested, and the wait time was much longer than expected for fast food. Overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the money.

Ordered on Mobile App for the 1st time. The young lady that brought my food to me, didn’t say a mumbling word. I, at the very least, spoke to her and said, “Thank you.” She chose this customer service job, I didn’t. Terrible attitude. At least the food was decent on this visit.

I tried to go to McDonald’s drive thru to order at 10:15, 2 cars in line ahead of me mind you. I get told that “they aren’t taking orders”. So I left. 20 minutes later I drive by and there are other people going through drive thru. Bad service and im very disappointed.
