Take heed when ordering if you’re going somewhere you can’t be late, as 8 times out of 10, it takes 15-20 minutes to get your food. Even if you order ahead of time and have a small order. I’ve only gotten my order in a timely manner a few times, same with seeing people who seem like they like their job. If you don’t like working there, please go find somewhere to work where you’ll like it! Otherwise there’s no motivation to do the job and then nobody’s happy.

Sorry for the bad review but everytime I have come here the place is out of something. I order a double quarter meal and it seems like it sat there for a week and the fries were hard as rocks. I try and go back and get the limited time McRib and they don’t have it. Milkshakes must be a thing of the past because you can’t get one here. The people taking orders and giving out food must of had a terrible day because they seem to be defeated by life. This place needs help.

I’ve never had dirty hashbrowns from a McDonalds ever until now. Also, that is not seasoning on my hashbrowns, it’s burnt pieces of other food items from the fryer, and the hashbrowns were falling apart. These passed the quality check? My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was thrown underneath 8 breakfast burritos so it was pretty smashed but still tasted as it should. The rest of the food items tasted fine but we will never know what these hashbrowns taste like.

Plenty of employees, found that out after I sat in drive through for ten minutes with no one answering. Walked inside to order at kiosk and stand there for ten more minutes. Customers were completely ignored. I should have left after the drive through was non responsive.

owner must fix the issue in drive through lines. too much waiting everytime i go. 15 to 20 minutes this clearly tells staff is not even attending customer. girl gave me the receipt and start looking at a magezine instead of taking next order. owner shouldnt ask to go client on other website to provide more info. just fix your damn store. come and check go through line. no need to waste other people time. i think mcdonald should close this location instead. i went to whataburger place next to this store so many times.

Food was fine, but make sure you have a spare 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Not sure if it’s lack of management but people were leaving the line it was so slow.

Service is horrible! I had a problem with one of the employees today. But the manager was super sweet and handled everything correctly hopefully, they’ll get better employees or at least teach them how to greet their customers and talk to them. We should at least get a have a good day. Instead we get an eye roll an a attitude

I would challenge the owner of this location to go “undercover” and attend this restaurant as a customer to see the way his or her staff treats customers. The food often tastes like it was cooked hours ago, order is never correct, and the staff acts as though you’re ruining their day by ordering food.

Too much waiting on drive through. Manager or staff must be changed . 15 minutes waiting on drive through and i am right standing in front of speaker. They are not even attending the customer. This branch is the worst branch. Change the all staff please
