I have no idea what is going on with the McDonalds around the world but it has been a while since I have had good all around service and food from a McDonalds. This time, I ordered a fish sandwich meal and my kid a kids meal. I always get no salt on our fries to prevent high blood pressure and we just don’t need salt. I had to send our fries back for no salt fries after I requested no salt. My fish buns were toasted too hard and fish was not fresh. I understand this is fast food but nobody wants old fast food. When I sent the fish back the lady had a little attitude and then brought me another fish which looked just like the other one. I ate half of it and threw it out.

We never do get our order for a coffee. The food we ordered on another order was hot but it took a long time to get it. We finally left because there were 10 or more people waiting for their order and we couldn’t wait for the coffee any longer.

This place needs to be reported. I went inside last evening. The floors were filthy napkins everywhere. I sure would have hated to go in the bathroom. I ordered three items. I guess the cashier didn’t hear me say a small fry. I got a McChicken sandwich I did not get fries… I paid for a cherry pie. Brought the order to me and then they tell me they didn’t have any. I asked since I paid for it could I have at least a apple pie? Got that. Got to my car and there was a girl in front of me asking for a hamburger. She didn’t care what kind. I guess you was just going to get it as a freebie. I ended up with that hamburger. So that was just discouraging all the way around. They really need to clean this place up. The manager was outside talking with some people. I also walked out and Could smell pot. I will not be back to that one. Had a lot of workers in there. They were yelling at each other for some reason. I was just hoping nobody got mad. Corporate needs to check this one out. Thank you for your time.

When I tell you the highlight of my morning was Ms. Katie and Ms. Jessica in the drive thru. They both were so lovely and kind. I never had such a great experience in a drive thru ever. Please keep up the awesome work ladies! I will definitely be back!

the food and service was really bad. I never give out reviews like this but it was awful. We wated 30 mins beceuse they said they were making everything fresh but when we got our food they gave us super cold food and they got our order wrong.

I visited the McDonald’s on 2692 Government Blvd ,Mobile Alabama. The one on the service rd. the only street I can think near is pleasant valley rd. Yall let me tell you something the service was excellent. The good morning how can I help you, to the what else can I get you, to the coffee is hot just made it, to have a great day. I have visited quite a few McDonald’s and none can compare to this one. I actually made a point to go back the next day and Yall they did not disappoint. This McDonald’s is not the closest to me, but I take my nephew to school and I decided to stop at Walmart and remembered that it’s a McDonald’s down the street, so I went through the drive thru. Long story short I went the next day also and with so much happening in the world it makes you think. Humanity lives in us all, we just need to dig deeper to bring it out. A smile, good morning can make someone’s day.

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been too in my life!! Literally got my order wrong when I asked for a refund they said they don’t give refunds and that I had to call the 1-800 number. They kept parading around saying they are private owned like that makes it any better and you can treat people the way you do because you’re private owned. The manager Alex or Alex whatever her name is…VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Rude and condescending. She needs to be fired immediately! I highly don’t recommend this restaurant to ANYONE!! They need to be shut down ASAP
