This was by far the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve been to here in Mobile Alabama , we once again waiting for 20 minutes for fast food , bathroom and no toilet paper had newspaper everywhere, has customers taking their shoes off , food was cold , slurpee machine wasn’t working , the people there could care less about working there , or the costumers they take, and it says right there on the sign will , bring your food to you, and I had to get up and go get it , if you are going to offer to bring it to me then bring it to me

The last 3 months times I came through the Drive Thru. 2 of my orders was a McRib no pickle extra onion. Well apparently they can’t read because I was given extra pickles and no onion. And on the 3rd order I changed it up and got 2 quarter pounder with cheese and both sandwiches had no bottom buns!! I’m tired of this happening at this location. It’s always something.

This is the slowest McDonald I’ve ever been to. And they always pull everyone up to bring the food out. Every pick up Order spot will be full of the cars that have ordered in the drive through!!

Staff were nice. From arrival to leaving. The manager, Ms.Tamika, was outside running food in the rain, was BEYOND polite and gave direction while explaining why things were happening the way they were. Burger was hot off the grill, the fries were fresh and the order was accurate.

Employees are rude and don’t put the correct condiments you ask for in your bag. And when you ask for them it’s just more attitude from the employees. Save your time go through the drive through. And doing a mobile order with the instructions printed on the bag didn’t help them either.
