Waited almost an hour and still no food. Employees went to break in the middle of a busy time, and came back to work without washing hands. Observed employees touching food with bare hands, and another picked trash up off the floor and went right back to food line without washing hands. Some employees without hair restraints. HUGE Sanitation violations at this location in addition to terrible service.

During Mardi Gras, they do not allow use of the restrooms, which I understand. However, the group I was in bought a bunch of food and beverage for the parades that night. When I reentered to get warm enough (it was well below freezing), everyone was getting escorted out the building if they were not getting food. I understand that generally, albeit for Mardi Gras, there needs to be an alternative plan in place to account for the festivities (e.g., perhaps consider closing that day unless you are willing to have enough staff to keep the restrooms open for a major event).

They completely forgot to do our order until we went back and told them we still didn’t have it after 20 minutes. Then the order was wrong. It did not seem like a safe place even during the day. There were people doing some shady things in the parking lot. The place was not clean.

Once I walked up to the counter to place my order .there was no one at the register. Fast food hasn’t really been fast .. Since the first 15 cent cheese burgers were served . Price is standard I think. My complaints are 2 and number is the milk shake machine. Your ice cream machines, are broken all across America. I’ve been to many.. WILL YALL EVER FIX THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ? O. UNTIL NEXT TIME . I always ask for the ice cream cone .

This location is the worst Mcdonalds I have been to. We placed and order at 3:18 and didn’t get it until 3:48. They made many mistakes also with our order even though it took forever. We had a six piece kids meal and they gave us four. When we went to the counter and told them they said it was a six piece but they just put it in a four piece box. There was multiple people who kept coming in because they left out things or got it wrong. I was very disappointed with this McDonald’s.

Would not recommend this location at all. Drive thru cashiers and order takers are the only friendly workers. Management and staff here are horrible. No welcoming facing and management is extremely rude. Unnecessary long wait time.

Ordered 2 QP meals, and a chicken sandwich. Everything was burnt to a black crisp. Better get a cook, who can cook. Not one who comes from the back, to look at you through the window. Looking at me with his thinking face….oh they will take this garbage, he just burnt and prepared!!! I work hard for my money just like the rest. Just do your job and do it right!!!! Burnt food+Inedible=waste of money!!! Garbage food!!!

Just the worst McDonald’s in town. Always out of the most staggering things (such as every drink but diet Coke), with the longest lines, closing early, and messing up orders.
